The shady looking elevator stopped at the basement and (y/n) got out, thanking whatever god is out there that she didn’t die in that creepy elevator. Once in the basement (y/n) knocked on a door hoping that that Lisa lady lived there.
The door opened revealing a tall lady in a janitor uniform.
“You must be (y/n)!” She said in a cheerful voice.
(y/n) nodded and followed the lady, who she guessed is Lisa, into the room.
“Sit down. I’ll go get the extra mop.” She walked away.
(y/n) awkwardly sat on the couch and looked around the nice room. Then two people walked out of a room and saw her. She looked away and fidgeted with her oversized flannel sleeves. She recognised the person with blue hair as the person she saw in the elevator the other day, but the taller person she has not seen before. He kind of looked like Lisa so (y/n) assumed that he is Lisa’s son.
“Hey! You just moved here, right?” The tall brown haired boy asked while walking towards (y/n), the blue haired person walking next to him.
(y/n) nodded, nervous about meeting new people.
“Sal said you came here with two women, is one your aunt or something?” The long haired boy asked, he looked even taller up close.
“No uh, they’re my moms.” (y/n) said while looking down, scared about how they would react.
“Whoa. Dude, how were you born?!”
(y/n) looked up at him and tried to figure out if he was being serious. He looked very confused.
“I-I was uh, I was adopted…” She tried not to sound like she thought he was dumb.
“Oh.” He sounded like he remembered something he forgot about.
“Anyway! I’m Larry and this is my best friend Sal!” He pointed at the blue haired person who was mostly silent until now.
“Hi.” The voice that came from the blue haired person was surprisingly deep and (y/n) guessed that he’s a boy.
“I-I’m (y/n), it’s nice to meet you both.” She smiled a little, happy that the two boys seemed to not hate her.
“You ready to get going?” Lisa asked while walking back into the room holding a mop.
(y/n) nodded and stood from the couch to walk over to the tall woman. Lisa held out the mop to (y/n), she took it and waved at Sal and Larry before following Lisa out of the door.
