I found Hazel some music. I asked her what they were and she said that they're all by BTS. Ugh, here they are—
1- EpiphanyEven if you get disturbed and feel afraid, walk forward. meet your true self that you hid inside the storm.
This song has one of the most beautiful vocals and lyrics ever. The song is about the realization that even though he smiles for everyone, there's a storm inside of his heart so he decides to not hide anymore. He realises that he's the one he should love. The song is about self-love and encouraging the listeners to forget about it and love yourself.
2- Jamais vu
I'm okay but I'm not okay. I told myself I'm used to it. But I'm in pain like it's the first time.
Jamais vu is one of my favourite songs. It's a french word which means 'never seen before'. should be familiar but it's unfamiliar. The emotions are so nicely expressed through their voice as if someone's asking for help so desperately. It's a mix of some rap and vocals. A wish that life could be a game so one can heal easily and if not, then game over.
3-Paradise
What's the law for dreams? No one ever taught us, it's just a made-up dream, a tearful sleep talk. wake up from your nightmare, just smile for yourself in that paradise.
If you want to listen to motivating words, this song is just perfect. It's an up-beat song enough to lift up your mood. The song explains that you need to stop and look around yourself because the air you're breathing is already paradise. As we all say that life is a marathon and you need to run, step on others, and reach your goal, this song explains that its alright to not have a dream because you're just running aimlessly. take a breath, and find happiness in small things.
4- Tear
Forever, forever stop saying that. there has always been an end. if there's a beginning i don't wanna listen to that. a sound too correct, or too much comfort, i dont wanna listen to that.
This song is a rap song with three different styles. it is about parting, can be anyone, partner, friend, or even yourself. I like this song a lot because the emotions are really transferred to the listener. I could definitely relate to some aspects of this song and I cry.
5- Singularity
In the dream I shortly went into
My agonizing phantom pain is still the same
There's no song that can top this one for me. It's r&b and jazz which I'm a sucker for. The song itself may not tell, but the lyrics are very sad. The song is about the breaking of ice as in realisation that one is not loved for his true self but the facade he put up for love. The imagery in the lyrics is beautiful which makes you want to interpret each lyric and connect the 'dots'.
