Narrator's POV:

Theres only three kinds of people that survive in Monster Gulch. People who become scavengers, people who become bandits, and the people who become the monsters....

Mark ran across Monster Gulch with his three friends Dodger the bandit and Enis the sparkly vampire. Then there's Mark, the scavenger.

All three ran from the monsters chasing them. They ran and ran and ran. Mark and Dodge just wanted the friendly vampire with them to stop singing. "Stop singing! You're attracting more monsters!" Dodge whisper yelled at Enis.

While running Mark had felt himself slip on something big, then a huge pain in his leg. It hurt. Mark groaned in pain. Dodge stopped and bent down, checking Mark to see if he's okay. Enis gasped at the sight of Mark's leg. "Is..is it broken..?!" Enis covered his mouth in shock and worry for his friend.

"Yeah.." Dodge answered, looking at Mark's leg. Which is bent in a way it shouldn't be. Mark whined in pain as Dodge tried dragging him along the ground. "I need a little help here, Enis?" She looked at him. Enis shook a bit before grabbing Mark's arm and started to pull with the bandit. Mark winced at the pain. "F-fuuck.."

After a while of dragging the man. They all realized it was getting dark. "Looks like we're gonna need to find a place.." Dodge muttered. Enis looked at her and said. "Hey, I know a guy! Well it's actually a girl...but she has a house near here!" Dodge looked at the sparkly vampire with confusion. Enis sees her look and smiles. "Don't worry! She's out on most weekends, uhh..what day is it?" "I think it's Saturday..?" Enis smiles. "That's good, she's probably out this weekend!" Enis giggles a bit, until he's interrupted by Mark groaning. "SHUUT cUPPPPP-" Dodge just sigh and keeps pulling on his limp body.

It took a while but they all eventually found Enis' friend's house. It looks a bit torn down, but kinda good. They both dragged Mark in and set him down, trying to bandage his foot. He kept yelling and groaning in pain, which was annoying for Dodge.

After a while, Enis walked around to see if his friend is home, Dodge is looking around for stuff to steal, and Mark is just sitting on the couch relaxing since he can't move because of his broken leg. But while Mark is relaxing, he hears a meow. He opens his eyes to see a black cat on his lap. Mark just looked at the cat. "Hey Enis! Does your friend have a cat?" It took a while before Enis answered. "...Y-yeah..!"
