Narrator's POV:

Some monsters here fuse into other forms to lead humans to their death. That's why you can't trust most things in Monster Gulch...

Mark lays on the couch in shame. "..What am I doing....?!" He whisper yelled to himself, Dodge and Enis sleeping on the floor beside him. They're taking shifts sleeping, it's Mark's turn to stay up.

"..why am I helping a vampire..?! ..I hate vampires..!" Mark stares at the ceiling, a few tears forming in his eyes. "..I hate vampires.." He whispers to himself. Mark wipes his eyes, clearing the tears away. He hasn't cried like this in a long time...

The man reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small photo. He can feel more tears forming into his eyes just by looking at it.

The photo is of a woman. But not just any woman, it's Mark's girlfriend. Her name was (Y/n). She has beautiful (wavy/straight/etc.) (h/c) hair, a cute face that he'll always love no matter what, and even that cute look she gave the camera. Before the Monster Gulch thing happened, Mark and (Y/n) had gone into the woods to take pictures. She always loved taking photos of nature, and Mark said it was a bad idea, but she didn't listen. She said it was fine. That was until that god damn blood sucker bit her neck...

Mark heard a meow as he felt tears drain onto his face. He looked up at the photo, back at the cat. One thing he noticed before was that it has (Y/n)'s eye color. The black furred cat meowed again at the man. "The hell you want?" Mark sniffled.

Mark watches as the cat forms into a human-like form. He gasped and reached for his knife, not even seeing what they look like, only knowing that it's a vampire. Mark threatened the knife at the vampire's neck, then he opened his eyes to see them. It was an amazing sight for him. He gasped and dropped the knife.

The vampire next to him has the same beautiful (wavy/straight/etc.) (h/c) hair, the cute face that he'll always love, and even that adorable look she's giving him. Mark could feel tears forming in the corners of his eyes. "..(Y-y/n)..?!"

He reaches for her face, cupping her cheek. The vampire let him touch her face, she purred at him touching her cold pale skin. Mark started to weep. Hugged the vampire and cried into her shoulder. She just rubbed circles on his back with her hand.

"You're okay..it's okay.." The vampire whispered to Mark as he cried. Mark took his face away from your shoulder and faced you. "I fucking missed you..!" He whimpered. "..I missed you too honey..." Her voice told him softly, cubbing his face. "...H-how long have you been here..?!" "Long enough to know why Enis brought you here-"

Mark laughs a bit through his tears, sniffling a bit more. "I've been thinking about you for such a long time~" (Y/n) told him, a flirtatious look in her eyes. Mark giggles a bit. "Are you in heat?" He jokes. (Y/n) just laughs and blushes. "No, but that time starts somewhere this week-" Mark blushes and gives her a confused look. "It's different for vampires.." She mutters. Mark just laughs a bit, kissing her. (Y/n) quickly kissed back. They've missed each other so much....

"I ship it" (Y/n) and Mark both hear Dodge say. They look to see Enis and Dodge watching. "How long have you been watching?!" Mark almost yells.

"Since you started crying" Enis answered, admiring the sight of their love.
