These feelings I used to have for you amaze me.
They are not as I feel now.
I thought you were my first love but really you were my first fake love.
Nothing worked the way we wanted to.
I am glad of that.
Nothing here I would change.
Wasn't the way it should have been done but it helped me grow and see how stupid I was.
It was a learning experience.
Thought you were my first love but just puppy love.
This new life I have is more than I asked for.
I love him more than I ever thought I could love someone.
He knows this and now you do too.
We happened and we crashed.
I was relieved to be over more than you should know.
A great burden lifted as you walked away.
Hope you find happiness as I have with someone you truly love without regret.
