Before the nightmare

After a whole hour of this exhausting game, we finally settled down panting and sitting on the hard room ground. It was the time foreveryone to get back in theyre rooms, as we all were sweaty and nedeed to catch some sleep for tomorrow. Polnareff finally stood up after regaining energy, and hurried into the bathroom while giving us a quick "see ya" gesture with his hand.

Soon after Kakyoin stood up aswell, buttoning up his messy shirt and heading towards the door. Before he left he stoped at the exit and looked at me "You coming?".

I took my Jacket that fell on the ground and groaned by the slight pain that struck my legs as i was trying to stand up, this whole fight got me really tired.

He waited for me in the hallway, while i was slowly walking towards the door.

Suddenly a complete silence swallowed the whole area...I mean , it wasnt really anything new, as im usually the one being quiet, but now it felt extremly awkard, until Kakyoin decided to save the moment.

"Man Polnaref is a really childish adult hahah" Kakyoins soft chuckles echoed through this dark and emty hotel hallway, as we still walked towards our room.

"Yeah, hah, well its not really a suprise, its in his nature, immature childish adult that likes to have fun and would love to open an amusement park named after him, though i expected much more maturity from him" i added, chuckling as well.

"Though...I dont really mind it, its really fun being around him, i havent had his much fun...Well, in years" Kakyoin awkardly laughed. And i knew exactly what that laugh meant as i started to feel bad for him, he was lonely for 17 years up until recently.

"Well im glad you enjoy our company Nori" it hit me after few seconds , when i relaised what did i just call him.

I could hear his quiet gasp, while he starred in slight shock at me, it was a pleasant sight at his beautiful face.

"Thank you Jotaro, i really appreciate it" he smiled and patted my shoulder.

FInally we arrived at the hotel room we were staying in, and Kakyoin immidiately ran inside the bathroom, grabbing a towel off the hanger on his way in. "I win" he laughed while giving me a thumbs up before dissapearing behind the bathroom door.

I threw my jacket once again on my bed this time, and sat down, swiping off the drops of sweat that was sliding down my cheek.

Doubt....Anixiety....Jelaousy....

These feelings struck me all at once when i was left alone in the complete dead silence that was getting interrupted from time to time by the sound of shower turning on.

"I should be feeling happy about this...Why am i getting uneasy all of a sudden, we all had fun back there...So why do i feel so angry about it" It wasnt getting into my head, these negative feelings started consuming my mind, no matter how hard i struggled to brush them off. I wondered why that was...Until i relaised, it was Polnaref who made me feel uneasy,not just that, Kakyoin seemed like he had so much fun around him, he couldnt stop smiling and laughing, and on top of that , i even started to think they were indirectly flirting with eachother....

"You're overthinking Jotaro get your shit together" I rubbed my forehead still trying to push those thoughts away. It seemed illogical to me that Polnaref would ever flirt with another guy, he seemed like he was more into girls which could be seen during his encounters with women.

The shower stopped, and it took him a few minutes before he opened the bathroom door, letting the hot steam out. I dont know what i expected to see after he stepped in the room... He already dressed up in his purple striped  pajamas, as his collar was slighly unbuttoned exposing the top of his collarbones and chest. He looked even more ripped inside those pajamas than when he wears his regular uniform. No matter what he always looked hot, his wet hair dripping, while his hair noodle got straightened just a litte bit after the shower. Even his messy hair looked cute on him.

"Dammit we didnt bring the hair dryer with us" he frowned, and proceeded to dry it off with the towel. Then he pulled out the comb out of his bag and slowly started to comb the tangles of his red hair.

I couldnt help myself but to release a short laugh while glancing at him. He got curious to find out why was i laughing at him "What? i gotta take care of my beautifull curl"

"If im gonna be honest, you look like a woman while combing your hair" i couldnt help myself but to be honest with him. Honesty is the best characteristic in a person right? Wellll...Sometimes it can hurt someone, and in this case, it made Kakyoin furrow his eyebrows a little.

"Sorry , didnt mean to offend, it was just an unusual sight for me" i appologised feeling a bit guilty.

"Thats okay" his happy mood got back up again, when he finished, placing the comb back in the drawer and closing it slowly.

"Gotta catch some sleep for tommorow, since we will be in Cairo in 2 days" Kakyoin prepared his bed and laid down, turning of his lamp and facing his back towards me after a few shuffles under the thin sheets. "Sweet dreams Jotaro"

Shorlty after my turn to shower, i wasnt really up for any allnighter, so i followed after Kakyoin and fell asleep pretty fast.
