"Right, why was there blood on my nightstand?" Shanny asked as Benjamin fixed his collar.

"Sorry about that sir, we've extracted a syringe filled with your blood for analytical purposes." Nathan replied.

"Well, I hope they'll put it into good use. Even a syringe couldn't wake me up in the middle of the night, severe exhaustion from work is taking its toll." Shanny replied with a bit of energy.

"Chin up sir." Benjamin said as he moved on from fixing Shanny's collar to his tie.

"This will be the first and last time you could extract my blood from me without my consent Nathan, any more of it y'all screwed." Shanny reprimanded his aide de camp.

"Apologies for that sir. We'll promise it won't happen again." Nathan replied.

As soon as Shanny was prepared for the day, they then left quarters six for the White House. President Walter was apparently not impressed with the official photographs taken for some of his officials, even if the photographers had taken note on his expertise on photography before entering politics. Shanny and his aides arrived at the White House a few minutes later, and immediately rushed to the emptied conference room.

They were to stay there for the rest of the day as there will be a state dinner for Samantha and her party before they head back to London. Fortunately for Shanny, the President didn't require him to stay for the dinner after being told about the torn up relationship. The taking of official portraits took about two hours.

"You can do any poses you like sir as long as it's formal." A photographer shouted.

"No worries then, I've been thinking of this ever since the first photo shoot." Shanny replied as he placed his cigar on the ashtray near him and fixed his sword on his left hip.

"You don't need the smile if you wish sir." The photographer yelled as he took pictures of the general.

The photographer took three pictures and allowed the general to pick one, with his aides judging which picture looks the best. All of which looked exactly the same, with the only minor differences being Shanny's facial expression and hand positions. It took them a few minutes to decide on what picture should be Shanny's official photograph, and ended up picking the second picture. The Photo shoot ended moments after the official photograph was chosen, and Shanny wanted to head for the Pentagon immediately as he didn't want to be in close contact with the British party.

They then arrived at the Pentagon a few minutes later, and there were tons of journalists and Paparazzi within the area. As soon as the General, his aides and security were dropped by the cars they swarmed the party, trying to get either a question answered or photos taken.

"General! Is it true that Prime Minister Manzano has shunned your relationship?" A reporter yelled.

More reporters yelled the same question over and over and Camera flashes is starting to piss Shanny's team off, and as soon as they got in the building itself the press were ultimately controlled. Shanny then settled in his office, having been startled by the media frenzy but decided to continue his work. He had paperwork pilled all over his office, and decided to get them done with as soon as possible.

While Shanny was busy with the papers, Zoe went to JP's new office in order to help him fix up his stuff and possibly get their relationship back on. Their marriage itself managed to hung in balance, but their personal relationship has gotten off. She's already been drained by morning sickness, health routines, even Shanny's own health has gotten into her nerves.

"How's your new office bb." Zoe asked JP.

"Not bad, the location is pretty ideal to say the least." JP replied.
