~Next Day~
Shiki was sitting in the park by himself as he was sitting on a bench. While he was looking at the sky, he began to think to himself."How did i get myself into this. Honestly, i can never predict what that woman will do?"
As Shiki was looking at the sky, Arcueid was walking to the park. When she saw Shiki, she smiled as she went towards his direction and sat down next to him.
"Shiki! I'm sorry i'm late."
"N-no big deal. So what exactly are we going to do? You did have that planned, right?"
"............."
Arcueid didn't say a single word. Truth be told she didn't know much of the world aside from what she learned from books. As Shiki saw the blank look on her face, he sweatdrops as he looked at her.
"What am i going to do with this troublesome girl?"
Shiki merely sighed as he grabbed Arcueid's hand. The girl was shocked by this action and looked at Shiki. When the boy looked back, he simply smiled.
"You said i had to pay for not answering your calls lately right. Just leave the activities to me for now."
"Fine. Look at you taking responsibility, i'm sure you'll make a girl happy someday."
"Keep talking like that and i won't cook for you."
"....i'm sorry for my outburst."
The two of them laughed as they roamed around the city. They had no specific destination, but Shiki didn't want to bore Arcueid by just walking around so he decided to let her watch a movie.
"Shiki! Can we watch this?"
As Shiki turned towards Arcueid to see what she was talking about, he saw her pointing at a poster of "A Silent Voice".
"My heart isn't ready to go through that again."
Soon Shiki agreed to watch it with Arcueid. As the walk into the theater and sat down, they started to watch it. All Shiki could think about was if he could go through the whole movie without crying again.
