Chapter 13

It was only an hour ride to get to the first venue so we just set things up and organized.

We all chose our bunks and there were no fights which was good. I got a bottom bunk across from Jonah and underneath Daniel.

I never expected the guys to be so organized but this is literally the first hour. I'm gonna basically be living with them for the next two months so I guess we'll see about that.

We get to the venue at 1:30 so someone orders some food for us to eat.

After that we chill around the bus until it's time for soundcheck.

Wow soundcheck. This is actually happening. I am ON tour right now, that's insane.

We go through some doors, past the green room and right onto the stage.

"Oh my god" I say, looking around me. This is definitely the biggest venue I have ever played at and this isn't even the biggest show yet!!

I look around at the guys to see if their as shocked as I am but they just sit down on the floor and continue talking.

Zach comes and wraps his arm around my shoulder.

"So how are you feeling Ellie?" He asks me while leading me towards the rest of the guys.

"This is so insane, I'm so nervous" I tell him truthfully.

"Don't worry about it, you'll do amazing" Zach reassures me, giving me a grin.

The sound guy comes up to us and gives us our mic packs and microphones. One by one he puts our packs on us by feeding the wire through the back of our shirt and hooking it on. I've always felt so uncomfortable doing this but i guess it has to be done.

Since I'm the one starting off the show I go ahead and do my songs with the choreography that was given to me. Then it's the guys turn.

I go and sit in the seats at the back and watch them from afar. After every song I clap and cheer from the back. The screen in the back really pulled the whole performance together.

"ELLIE, COME DOWN TO DO THE MASHUP" Daniel yells at me.

"COMINGGG" I call, and head over to the stage.

"Here" Daniel Says, offering me a hand up to the stage. I grab it and pull myself up.

I miscalculated the momentum that I needed and ended up in Daniels arms as I fell towards him.

"Oh thanks" I say, stepping away.

"Yeah no problem"

I look over at Corbyn and he gives me a not so subtle wink and makes a heart with his hands. I just shake my head and laugh.

Soon enough we are finished with sound check and just chilling out in the green room.

"Oh hey sorry I gotta take this call" Zach says, heading out the door to answer his ringing phone.

"I'm gonna head to the bathroom" Daniel Says getting up.

"Okay" I say, my eyes following him out the door.

"You don't even know it" Jonah says.

"What?" I day, tearing my eyes away from the door that just closed.

"You totally like him" Corbyn says.

"What? No I don't" I defend myself immediately. I just met him a few months ago. How could I like him?

"Mmmhmmm" Jack says.

"Well he is single...."Corbyn says raising his eyebrows at me.

"Hey Zach is single too ya know...." Jonah says elbowing me.

"Yeah who would you rather date, Zach or Daniel?" Jack says.

"Woah woah woah. First of all what kind of question is that? Second of all I am a strong, independent woman who don't need no man" I say, flipping my hair.

"You never answered the question" Jonah points out.

"Yeah ELLIE who would you rather date" Corbyn questions.

"I don't know!! I barely know them. I barley know you guys!!" I say, avoiding their question.

"Okay okay, we'll let you deflect the question....for now" Jack says.

"But we all know it's Daniel" Corbyn says.

"What's Daniel?" Daniel asks, walking back through the door.

"Nothing nothing" I say, feeling my face turn red. I know deep down exactly who I would pick but that's a problem for later.
