Daniels pov
I wake up to the flash of someone's camera.
"Oh shit!" I hear jack say.
"Jack why the heck?!? You're gonna wake them up!" Jonah says.
"Hello?" I say, Opening my eyes. I sit up and I realize I'm on the couch next to Ellie. She was burying her head in my shoulder and shielding herself with a blanket.
"Oh noooooo" she says, holding her hand out.
"Wow you guys don't even have to try" Corbyn says.
"Do you guys want me to tag you on my story?" Jonah asks, showing us the photo he took.
"Oh no I look terrible in that" Ellie says, fixing her hair.
"No ellie you look great" I reassure.
"Wow you guys aren't even pretending. This should be easy peasy lemon squeezey" Jack says.
"Oh my gooooosh" I say and I lean my head back.
"Well today is just a driving day!! So what shall we do people!!" Jonah says.
"Hey, thanks for keeping me company" Ellie says, quietly.
"Yeah of course, anytime" I say with a smile.
My heart melts when she smiles back.
Corbyn starts humming the tune of "so this is love" from Cinderella.
"OKAY so what should we do today" I say, trying to move on.
"Ooooh we have that karaoke thingy that we could do?" Zach suggests.
"Oh yeah we could do that! Except we also have THINGS TO DO PEOPLE. WE GOTTA EAT BREAKFAST AND THEN I WILL ASSIGN PEOPLE JOBS" Jonah yells energetically.
"Umm okay woah there, why are you so hyped right now?" Corbyn says, patting Jonah's shoulder.
"CORBYN AND ZACH, YOU TWO ARE ON EMAIL DUTY" Jonah continues, ignoring Corbyn.
"Ha, Duty" Zach giggles.
"DANIEL AND JACK, YOU GUYS ARE ON SONG DUTY, WE NEED TO GET THAT LAST ONE FINISHED"
"Yessir" Jack says, saluting him.
"AND ELLIE, well I don't really know what you have to do but you probably have to do something" he says.
Ellie just nods.
"Wait what are you gonna do Jonah?" I ask.
"I am on HOUSEKEEPING DUTY. I will be cleaning up after YOUR DISGUSTING ASSES" Jonah says.
There's a slight pause until jack speaks up.
"Well let's get some brekkie then"
We all get up and eat some breakfast and then head off to do our jobs. By the time lunch rolls around we are all gathered at the front of the bus lying around.
"Holy Jonah u did a good job" Ellie says, gesturing at the clean bus.
"Squeaky clean" Jonah says patting himself on the back.
"So who's up for some karaoke??" Jack asks, grabbing microphones.
We all cheer as it gets set up.
"BRO YOU GOTTA CONNECT THE WIRES" jack yells.
"WHICH ONE THOUGH??" Corbyn yells back holding three different wires.
"YOU GOTTA CONNECT THE WIRE TO THE THINGY" Zach yells from across the room.
"I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN BY 'THE THINGY' ZACH" Corbyn yells out.
These guys are idiots.
I look over at Ellie and I see that she's hiding a smile.
Once we FINALLY got the system working we could all have some fun!!
