-Agamya-

I'm running through a dark alleyway.

What is that thing chasing me? Its head looks human, but the rest of its body is quite peculiar. Ive read about this creature before. I believe it is called a Dracaena, a serpent with some human-like features.

I reach a dead end and turn around.

Have to think fast; I remind myself.

I recall a way to kill the monster, but its not like I have any weapons on me. Not the situation I was expecting, nor one I want to be in right now.

The monster creeps closer, and I need to come up with a plan of action unless I want to die.

I look around for anything that might help and spot a ladder and a crowbar. Immediately an idea comes to me. I run, grab the crowbar, swing myself onto the ladder, and begin my ascent. Luckily, the Dracaena is having more trouble climbing than me.

My gymnastics background has come in handy.

I get to the roof of a building. The Dracaena is still quite behind, to my relief. I sprint as fast as I can and find another ladder on the other side. The Dracaena has made it to the top and is making its way towards me. I climb down the ladder quickly as I can. Then I take it off the roof, so the Dracaena cant follow me.

I run away until I come across a wooded area. Curious and in need of shelter, I enter the woods. I walk through and quickly find myself lost.

Dont panic; I tell myself.

I continue to walk and eventually reach what seems to be a border or an entrance. A small arch, with the words, Welcome To Camp Half-Blood written on it.

I decide its the best chance I have at finding a safe place. Hopefully, I wont encounter any more monsters. I walk in and spot an array of cabins. Each seems to sport symbols of different Greek gods; I notice as I analyze my surroundings.

Suddenly, I realize how exhausted I am from traveling and fighting and running.

Right there and then, I collapse.
