CHAPTER 16 : FLASHBACK

XANTHIOUS POV

Since it is a sunday, there's no work waiting for me. I want to spend a time with Zenneight, I haven't seen her since yesterday. Before I go to work, every morning and every afternoon hinatid at sundo ko siya from dorm to her school, at first she doesn't want that idea cause I have work but I insisted.

Her dormitory is far from my condominium. I used to wake up early and luckily she does too. She wasn't a burden for me, she let me court her months ago and I felt like I'm a lucky guy to be her suitor.

To be honest, she met my standard in every women, there's lot's of girls drooling over me but I'm not interested. You know you can't teach your heart where to fall in love.

Sabi nila kapag in love ka lumalabas ang ibang side attitude na hindi mo alam na nag eexist pala sa katauhan mo. I like to deal with everyone seriously but when it come to here, my mood switch to a childish. Seems immature but that how I observed the first time I've met her.

I don't have a problem with her face, I don't know why but I like the idea of her hiding her face.

I remember the little girl when she was still in her high school days, to tell you honestly, she captivated my heart the way she smiled.

My family are having a vacation in the city, my dad is the present mayor back then while my mom is a teacher, since were new to the place, we roam around the city, we goes to the nature's park, animal parks and to the markets.

My mom loves to cook so much, she told my father to buy some meats, vegestables and fruits. My father is a ill-tempered he decided to buy those ingredients in the market, he doesn't want the idea of going to the mall. It takes much time to pay for those.

I droved the car on the way to the nearest market, I have a student license cause I'm in my 18 years. I parked the car in the parking lot. I invited my father to stepped out from the car but he had an emergency call. He left me there alone. It's not a big deal though I can go home riding a tricycle.

As I was enter the market place, expected that the noise filled my ears, the stingy smells of fish, meats and withered vegetables are presents. With that I'd like to vomit but I pretty manage not to.

I walk in the center aisle of meats and fish stalls, probably there are some splashed the water on their products, it made me furious when my shoes accidentally get wet.

I am being sulky to the old woman who did splashed the slimy water. It giving me the goosebumps seeing the housefly flying around the place.

FLASHBACK

"Bili na kayo mga suki! Presyong abot kaya... Kayang-kaya ng inyong mga bulsa." one of the vendor says.

I roam my eyes around to see where to buy the most fresh meats, there's lot of products that fresh so I have to good for the good meats.

"HALIKA KAYO MGA MARE, PARE, MGA MAGAGANDA AT MGA GWAPO KONG SUKI! KAYO AY BUMILI NA SA AKING MGA SARIWANG KARNE, AT MGA ISDA. ANG MGA ITO AY MAYAMAN SA PROTINA LALONG-LALO NA ANG MGA KARNE NG AKING MGA KINATAY NA MANOK."

I can't stop my lips forming a wide smiled seeing the girl, lying down to the bassinet while wearing a black dress. Her legs was slightly open and I could see her hello kity panty, I'm not aware that a girl at her age didn't have the initiative to wear a cycling shorts to hide her undergarments.

She was busy pressing her android phone with the sachet of bear brand milk on her lips.

'She's so sluttish!'

I walked towards their store and look at the old lady, holding the thing for the housefly to go away.

"Ang gwapo naman ng batang ito, dito ka sa akin bumili." the other vendor persuaded.
