sasaki rin lets out a tired sigh, already exhausted, and she hadn't even reached work yet. it wasn't like her job was as troublesome as others, but she still worked at ua high, so it made sense that she'd be tired before even getting to her place of work.

got any appointments today?

'not that i can think of. i'll just check when we get there'

sighing, she continues on her way to work, only stopping to buy something on the way there, and she walks straight through the entrance. passing the classrooms on her way to her room, she spots a familiar head of red hair and quietly walks up behind him, smirking.

getting right next to his ear, she softly whispers, "eijirou."

the man lets out a shrill scream, it echoing off the halls along with her laughter, making the hero flush scarlet and swat at her.

"rin! that wasn't funny!"

"but it was, ei! god, you shriek just like you did in school." wiping a tear from her eye she smiles at the man, who rolls his eyes in mock annoyance.

"shut up."

chuckling, rin takes his arm and they head towards the faculty lounge, knowing at least one other person was there already. sliding open the door, rin is almost immediately tackled, the woman stopping herself from falling with the help of the red headed hero. "rin! save me!"

staring down at the pink girl in front of her, she asks, "what's up, mina?"

"bakugo is gonna fuckin kill me, that's what's up?"

"eijirou sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. "what did you do, now?"

"i may have, kinda sorta, set him up on a date."

it's silent for a few moments, the taller adults staring at her silently with blank faces. that is, until rin smacks the other woman upside the head with a frown, yelling, "mina, you absolute dumbass! i may love you, but why in the actual fuck would you do that?! you know how he feels about that kinda shit!"

"i'm sorry, i'm sorry!"

eijirou has to grab onto rin's arms in order to restrain her from continuing to hit their friend, and he says, "hey, hey, rin, calm down. at least he won't be yelling at us today, there's a plus side."

"but now he's gonna be even more pissed off at everyone."

"better than just one person instead."

sighing, the tall woman nods at the man, motioning for him to let go.

"y'all are gonna get fucking burnt today."

"shut up, v."

having left the fellow teachers behind, rin made her way to her room and sat down, sighing once again.

"you really need to stop sighing, you've done it god knows how many times already today," the parasite states as his head comes out next to her, making her groan.
