Chapter 16

The rest of the week was going up and down for Y/N and Alexa as they gave each other space to think about everything that transpired the day after their date. It was really hard for both of them and their friends knew that it was eating the two up from the inside out. Seeing that was painful, so during this episode of Raw, Roman and Peyton thought of something as they each led Y/N and Alexa into an empty room to finally get their differences out of the way. When the lights turned on, Alexa and Y/N stared at each other at first while Roman personally guarded the door to prevent them from escaping before their conversation was going anywhere.

Roman:" You got the entire show to talk in there, so you better use that time wisely."

Roman then slammed the door shut and locked it while Y/N and Alexa stood in front of each other, trying to find the right words to begin this discussion.

Y/N:" I'm sorry..."

Alexa:" Go on."

Y/N:" I'm sorry for the way I acted towards you last week. I shouldn't have done that."

Alexa:" You left me there, Y/N..."

Y/N:" I know what I did and it was wrong...It was wrong to just storm off like that. It was wrong to think that you didn't want children and it was wrong that I took my frustrations out the way I did."

Alexa:" Like drinking and yelling at the entire neighbourhood? Yeah, because that totally worked..."

Alexa scoffed at the man in front of her, feeling like this wasn't genuine in any way, because his words sounded so hollow. She knew he meant well, but it didn't feel like it at all. It was like Y/N just said that to get on common ground.

Y/N:" Alexa, please look at me..."

Alexa:" Why?"

Y/N:" I need to explain something to you and I want to do it face to face."

Alexa groaned and turned around to Y/N again, but she couldn't manage to look at him with a straight face. The memories of that day were ever so present and it stung. It stung deeply.

Y/N:" I don't know, if Mickie told you this already, but...there was a time when I wanted to really start a family and settle down. My girlfriend at the time was pregnant as well and when she told me, I was overjoyed. I really looked forward to becoming a dad, but it never got this far..."

Alexa:" Because she aborted the child when you weren't around. Yeah, Mickie told me that..."

Y/N:" I haven't been the same since then. I was insecure, if I would ever get another chance, but every time I thought it could be something, it never did."

Alexa:" And what have done since then, apart from screwing Peyton and Liv whenever you want, huh? Did you even think about me?"

Alexa was slowly getting mad at Y/N for talking, but not actually saying much of worth. She felt like she was left out like an injured team member that had to stay on the sidelines.
