Rumples POV
I woke up to the sound of Belle retching in the bathroom.
"Darling? Everything okay in there?" I sat up in bed, concerned.
I heard her clear her throat,
"Yeh I'm - I'm-"
She was cut off by more sick.
After a couple more minutes she returned, leaning on the en-suite bathroom door for support. "Morning..." She blushed, embarrassed.
"Good morning," I smiled, holding my arm out, hoping she will fill the space in between.
She walked over and climbed in, sighing.
I kissed her forehead.
"Oh Belle you're very warm," I place my hand on her forehead.
"Oh, im fine, just morning sickness, it will pass soon," she smiled removing my hand.
"Hmm, I'll see if I can find anything in the shop that will reduce your pain my love," I said, worried.
"No, no magic, or, potions," she waved her arms about.
I couldn't help but laugh at her.
"Fine, fine..."
Little does she know, magic is already involved.
The potion obviously hasn't worked as she has morning sickness.
The baby is still there.
I guess her treatment was 'interrupted'.
"How about I go and make us some coffee," I squeezed her before removing myself from the bed.
"Sounds great," she sighed, closing her eyes.
I softly padded down the stairs into the kitchen.
Now is my chance to start giving her the potion again.
This baby cannot be born. It will always be a reminder of what happened.
We can always try again.
With a little persuasion of magic perhaps.Belles POV
How did I get such a wonderful husband.
I meant what I said though, I don't want this baby to have anything to do with magic.
I've seen what it does to people and it can't happen to my child.
I double over in pain and grab my stomach.
"Ah...ah ah...." I breath.
I undo the top of my nightgown and look down at my stomach.
That's gotten bigger? Much bigger.
"Ahh...." I groaned, clutching my stomach.
After a couple of seconds, it passed.
I leaned back onto the headboard of the bed, catching my breath.
What was that?
Well now it feels as if the last five minutes had never happened?
Weird...
All dressed, I make my way downstairs, my nose following the coffee scent.
"Mhh," I breath it in.
"Here you go," Rumple passed me a mug.
"Are you alright? I thought I heard moaning from upstairs?" He asked innocently as I took a step.
"Oh, no, that wasn't me," I sigh.
I won't tell him about the little blip I just had.
He will go way over protective and I won't have a minutes peace.
"Must have been the wind outside," he shrugged it off.
"Must've been....wow, it really is storming out there," I walked toward the window in front of the kitchen.
I can hardly see anything in the garden as the rain is literally pouring down the window.
"Mhh, horrible weather," he appeared beside me.
I leaned against him, resting my head on his shoulder.
"Love you," he said.
I looked up.
"Love you too?" Where did that come from.
He knew what I was thinking.
"Just thought I should say it more often," he looked down at me.
I smiled at him.
"Right, we should be getting to the shop my darling," he said, placing his empty mug in the sink.
"Yeh," I sipped my drink.
"I'll just get dressed," he said, making his way upstairs.
I look down into my coffee.
Hmm, this tastes odd.
I take another sip before deciding I couldn't drink anymore and threw over half a cup down the sink.
