"Bye guys!" Ashley waved.
Ryan replied with a mumbled grunt and Ethan laughed again as he looked Ryan over.
What had happened there that afternoon was still extremely funny to him, though Ryan would not readily agree with him.
"Hey, Ethan, is anyone picking you up?" Ashley asked as she got out her bicycle.
Ethan made a sour face as he looked her way.
"My big brother's picking me up; he always does," he replied.
"Okay! See you tomorrow then!" Ashley said cheerfully as she hopped on her bike and pedaled away.
"Bye Ashley," Suzanne smiled and waved nimbly as Ashley rode off.
She and Andrew turned to start walking towards the bus stop.
Ryan's butler, Greg, zoomed in. He alighted from the car.
"Master Ryan," Greg said as he opened the back seat of the limousine for Ryan.
"Thanks," Ryan replied curtly as he entered.
Greg went to the driver's seat.
"Ryan! Wait! Don't leave!" a girly voice shrieked behind them.
"Drive," Ryan instructed in a cold tone of voice and at once Greg zoomed off, not wasting any time.
Since Ryan was popular because of his dashing looks, a lot of girls were quite infatuated with him, the chiefest of them being the greatest of rivals in every area as well; Suzanne and Annabelle, who by the way was from a different Squad.
Annabelle stamped her foot angrily as Ryan's car departed.
Suzanne gave her a sneering smirk, as she gloated. "Looks like you're an irritation to him," she said in a spiteful tone.
Annabelle turned to her, a sickenly sweet smile on her face.
"Suzanne dear, why don't you delvelop the habit of brushing your teeth before you talk, hmm?" she retorted in mock politeness, her sweet smile fast becoming a sneer as she gave Suzanne a withering look.
"How about I brush your face on the ground?!" Suzanne snarled as she moved towards her arch rival.
Annabelle stood her ground, her hands becoming balled fists beside her.
They both gritted their teeth at each other as they stared eyeball to eyeball.
Suzanne and Annabelle both attended the same school, Milton High, and they weren't on very good terms as both of their interests clashed severly since they both took a liking to Ryan and hence their struggle in vying for his attention.
Insults must always fly whenever they were together.
"Hey Suzanne," a brown haired guy with a smile waved at her as he approached the girls, causing them to break off their glaring contest as both of them glanced his way.
Suzanne's earlier frown broke into a slow smile on sighting her friend.
"Sup Justin!" she greeted him.
Even though they were in different Squads, they were still cool friends.
Unfortunately, Justin and Annabelle were both in the same Squad, which is Squad 4."Let's go," Andrew told them all in a nonchalant tone and resumed walking.
Everyday the four of them used to take the bus together, in spite of their differences.
"So, how's your new team mate like?" Justin asked Suzanne in a casual tone.
"Oh! You mean Ashley? She's nice, a really cool kid though she's also stern," Suzanne chuckled, as she leaned towards Justin slightly and whisper loudly, "She actually thinks she can change Ryan."
