"Warm up in ten minutes then gather round for the instructions," Gwen told them.

They were all in the training field.

"Okay Coach!" Suzanne nodded.

"Sure thing Coach!" Ashley smiled at Gwen.

"Rightio Coach!" Ethan said enthusiastically.

"Alright Coach," Ryan said casually while Andrew just nodded.

Suzanne glanced at where Aiden was doing push-ups. It wasn't enough he was using just his index finger of his left hand while his right hand was firmly behind his back, he had to stack like ten bricks on himself which he held with his right hand, in so doing he bore the weight of everything as he exercised.

"Whoa," Suzanne gaped at him.

"It's best you exercise now." Ryan told Suzanne, slightly irked she wasn't doing anything.

Ethan was already doing some jumping jacks with full vigour while Ashley was doing the splits. Andrew on his own, sat on the grass with his legs folded; using his laptop. To him what should be exercised most was the brain.

"I know," Suzanne snapped at him.

"Then stop staring into space and join the team for once," Ryan snapped back.

Suzanne's lips curled to a sinster smile.

Ryan found himself at the other end of the field, upside down.

"How's that for staring into space?" Suzanne snorted and dusted her hands.

"Geez Suzanne, no wreaking damages before the match," Ashley said.

"He'll be fine," Suzanne waved her off and went to join Ethan in his exercise.

"We're going to 2,000 jumps, Suzanne! C'mon!" Ethan said determined as he took a powerful leap upwards. Suzanne rolled her eyes at him.

Ryan decided it would be best to stay away from Suzanne and her dangerous hits and did his own push-ups seperately.

"Alright! Time's up!" Gwen announced and blew her whistle loudly.

"Ack, sounds like Snow," Ryan muttered as he rolled his eyes.

"Best be quiet or else you'll land up doing a hundred push-ups, you know how Coach is," Ethan told him in a whisper as they all headed to where Gwen was standing.

"Alright Squad 10! Listen up!" Gwen started.

Aiden had joined them. He stood beside Gwen with his arms crossed.

"You are all going to duel with Aiden for twenty-minutes. If you're all standing and manage to have no permanent damage, you'll pass the test. But if the time is up and all or one of you is down then you would have to undergo another test to prove your strength as a team. Remember, teamwork is the key!" Gwen said with her hands on her hips.

"Any other rules?" Ashley asked politely.

"Yeah," Aiden smirked. "Try not to die."

Andrew's eyes went to Suzanne, she didn't shudder like he thought she would. She just sent a sly grin at Aiden.

"Sure thing CIN, we'll also try not to kill you as well," she said daringly.

Aiden raised an eyebrow at her.

"Really now?" His tone was unamused but Gwen was laughing her hearts out.

"You little idiot, don't say things like that!" Ethan hissed at her under his breath.
