Reed's POV
1 year later
It's been without her. No one dares say her name. Everyone sunk into depression as they watched her jump from the cliff. I spread my wings and flew off looking for her. But no signs. Zander was punished by and cannot be Alpha, Jake will take over.
Dad is still trying to wrap his head around it all. My Uncles well they try and be strong but I see them break down once every week. Her birthday is past and no one speaks of it. James sneaks out of the house every night and returns in the early morning. He won't tell anyone why.
I swear he smells fiat my of cotton candy and blue raspberry, but that's just me. I hardly talk or pay attention to people. The only thing we have of her, our rings. Which not of us dare to take off. Today James came back with a huge smile on his face and he was giddy about something.
But no one knows why.
But I have a feeling I will find out very soon.
