Today started like any other as I put on my private school uniform. Living in the slums I was only able to attend due to a scholarship.
The school was on the other side of town where all the rich people resided. It was a long bus ride to say the least. I saw the time and jumped from my seat. 'Crap! I'm gonna be late!' I thought as I grabbed my keys and ran out the door, being sure to lock it behind me.
《At School》
I sighed as my first period was math. I never really liked the subject but I had to learn it none the less. Science was my favorite class as I was studying to be an astrophysicist.
I took my seat at the desk closest to the window. I loved to stare outside looking at the forest and the lake that was next to the academy. The school was very prestigious and luxurious it was called Crescent Moon Academy. Yes I know a very cheesy name for a school. But the name came from the large lake that resided next to the forest by the school. For it was shaped like a crescent moon.
The bell rang and I began to take out my things. My best friend Emily ran up and took one of the desks next to mine and looked at me eagerly. "Did you hear?!" She said almost jumping from her seat. I gave her a questioning look. "Hear what did something happen? Oh no don't tell me we have a quiz today!" She chuckled and shook her head. "No no there are some transfer students coming here!" She smiled widely. "From the rumors around school they are super cute boys! Can you believe it!?" I shrugged and started to write down the problems on the board.
"Oh come on Y/n! Cute boys we could find you a boyfriend!" She shook my shoulder excitedly. I turned red and looked at her. "Emily you know I want to focus on my studies. I'm not interested in having a boyfriend." She rolled her eyes and looked up at the teacher as she stood up and spoke to the class. "Okay class as you know there will be some transfer students joining our school today." The whispers quickly spread throughout the room. "Silence!" She snapped as she looked around the room. "One of those students will be joining our class today. Please give him respect and space." There was a soft knock at the door. "Come in!"
《Third Person》
The door opened and revealed a boy with blueish black hair and brown eyes. He slowly walked in and looked around the classroom shyly. He locked eyes with the girl and immediately blushed and looked away. "Would please introduce yourself?" The teacher asked calmly.
The boy nodded and spoke rather quietly. "Uh-um m-my name is Zen Suzuki...and I just transferred from an all boys private school." He looked down at his feet as he finished his introduction. "Excellent. You may take a seat next to....Y/n." The teacher spoke as the girl looked at her slightly shocked.
"But Mrs-" The girl began, "No buts Ms. L/n. Go on and take your seat Mr. Suzuki." The teacher pointed to the other desk next to mine. The boy nodded once more and shyly walked over to his seat with whispers following behind him. "He's so cute!" "I wish he sat next to me instead!"
