Our heroes were still asleep when the first sunbeams appeared in their room. Ash was the first to wake up. He smiled seeing Serena sleeping in the bed in front of his. She was smiling in her sleep. He felt bad for ruining her date but now he had a chance to make her his. Now that he was sure about his feelings, he knew how important Serena was to him. He didn't want to live another day without her in his life.

Clemont and Bonnie soon woke up as well. The two smiled seeing Ash lost in thoughts while looking at a sleeping Serena. They knew her friends were meant to be together. It was like destiny calling their names. No matter how far those two would be, they would always find a way to be together.

"Good morning Ash," Clemont said whispering so they wouldn't wake up Serena

Ash finally realised his friends were awake and blushed to know they saw him staring at Serena.

"Good morning you two" Ash replied

Soon the three friends left to the cafeteria, leaving Serena sleeping. Ash told them the plan to tell Serena how he felt about her. He was nervous. Clemont and Bonnie knew he had no reason to be as Serena love Ash the way Ash loved her.

Back in the room, Serena started waking up. Immediately, her mind got filled with flashbacks from the previous day. She remembers Ash asking her to watch the sunset with him, which made her heart beat a million times faster. She wished that he would finally like her the way she liked him. She also remembers Jimmy. Should she talk to him? Maybe not... Although she was worried about him. She knew he liked her. After thinking for a while, she decided to give Jimmy some days and then she would talk with him... She got dressed and left to the cafeteria where she found Clemont and Bonnie.

"Good morning!" Serena said smiling

"Morning Sere" Bonnie yelled running to the performer. Bonnie jumped into Serena's arms. Bonnie saw Serena as her older sister, her best friend.

"Morning" Clemont said "How do you feel? Did you sleep well?" Serena smiled at Clemont. He was always looking out for her.

"I'm fine... Yup, sleep like a baby. What about you guys?" Serena asked, "By the way, where is Ash?"

"He went training. We sleep well. We were worried about you. You seemed pretty down yesterday." Clemont said

" I'm better today... " Serena replied

"Sooooo" Bonnie started. Clemont and Serena knew exactly where she was going with that so "You and Ash are going on a date!!"

"Bonnie!" Clemont yelled looking at his younger sister who liked to gossip about everything

Serena blushed. "It's not a date Bonnie. "

"I'm sure it is... I mean if it wasn't why would Ash have destroyed-" Clemont put a hand covering Bonnie's mouth. She was talking too much. Serena noticed this behaviour between the two and she knew something was up.

"What did Ash do?" She asked looking at the two while finishing her breakfast.

"Nothing! It's unimportant" Clemont said looking at Bonnie

"Guys, what happened?" Serena now was more than sure something was up. She wondered what did Ash do. Especially the way Bonnie used Ash in the sentence... 'I mean if it wasn't why would Ash have destroyed'.

"It's nothing really," Clemont said. He was nervous. If Serena found out about Ash ruining her date with Jimmy, she would be furious with him. Especially when she felt so bad for breaking Jimmy's heart. Clemont cursed Bonnie for talking too much. He knew now Serena will never give up till she finds out. Bonnie was never a good person to trust with a secret. Although she was a great matchmaker and really smart, she loved to gossip.

"Yes, it is! You are super nervous. You're shaking. Bonnie talked too much, didn't she? " Clemont looked at Serena. She wanted to know so badly but he wouldn't betray Ash. But as he was going to lie to Serena again, Bonnie opened her mouth:

"Ash destroyed your date with Jimmy because he likes you a lot!" Bonnie said super happy. She thought she did the best thing ever as now Ash and Serena would finally be together. Clemont faced palm.

"He did what?" Serena asked. She was confused as hell and then everything made sense. "Everything that happened seemed so random like it wasn't even nature... It was Ash... He made Jimmy fall on the rock so I would get wet. Oh my god, I got burned because Ash must have asked one of his pokémon to make Jimmy fall...." Serena finished her line of thoughts looking at Clemont and Bonnie. Bonnie had tears in her eyes as she felt Serena was mad at Ash. Clemont knew Ash had done it this time. It was terrible what he did to Serena. "Can't believe I cried so much because the date was a mess and I made a fool of myself in that cafe when it was Ash all the time. He made be so embarrassed... I can't believe he did that..." After finishing that sentence Serena left to her room. Bonnie tried to follow but Clemont grabbed her and told her Serena needed time.

Ash had finally arrived after training. It was almost 4 pm. He saw Clemont working in a new invention while Bonnie played with Chespin and dedenne. Anytime soon he would be alone with Serena so he can tell her how he feels...

"Hey, guys!" Ash said carrying in his face the most radiant smile the two siblings have ever seen " Where's Serena?"

Clemont and Bonnie stayed silent for some seconds. Clemont knew there was no reason to lie.

"Serena found out that you ruined her date with Jimmy... She's been closed in her room ever since she found out..."

"How did she found out?" Ash asked feeling his heart beating faster. His blood rushing to his brain.

Bonnie started crying. "I'm so sorry Ash... I talked too much. I told Serena you liked her and that you two would go on a date because you destroyed her date with Jimmy..."

Ash was speechless. Serena would never forgive him. He wouldn't be mad at Bonnie. She didn't do it to hurt him or to make him and Serena don't happen. She let it slip. Now he knew he needed to talk to Serena as quickly as he could. After hugging Bonnie and telling her it was fine multiple times, Ash said:

"I have to go guys... I need to talk with Serena"

Ash ran to their room. He knocked at the door. No reply. He knocked again. He heard steps. Suddenly, Serena opened the door. She immediately regretted doing so as the face that looked at her was no other than the boy who crushed her heart and made her pass the biggest shame of her life.

"What are you doing here?" Serena asked looking at the ground.

"I have to talk to you..." Ash said. He looked at Serena. He saw that her eyes were red, meaning she had been crying.

"I don't want to talk to you..." Serena said finally looking at Ash straight in the eye.

"I shouldn't have done what I did... Please let me explain"

"I got burned, wet and my date was a mess. I thought that Jimmi was clumsy and it turns out you made all those things happen. Why did you do that? Tell me!" Serena yelled. She was angry at Ash and without realizing tears started leaving her eyes. She was sad.

"Serena. I only did that because I couldn't bear to see you with him. I wanted you to be with me. When he held your hand I felt so much anger in me. I didn't know what I was feeling until Clemont and Bonnie made it obvious for me. I know I acted in the wrong way. I should have talked to you and not destroyed your date with Jimmy. At the time I didn't think what I was doing. I just followed my jealousy to the extreme and I ended up hurting you. I'm so sorry. Serena, I love you. I can't lose you. Please forgive me" Ash said. He poured his heart out. He could care less if Serena didn't feel the same way as him. He couldn't lose her. She was the most important person in his life. If he lost her, he could never be happy again. He wished that she would forgive him. That maybe she could understand why he did what he did. But he acted selfishly. He hurt her. Right at this moment Ash was looking at Serena and wishing she would forgive him. He saw her beautiful blue eyes full of tears. He held up the need to hug her. He wanted to help her but he was the one who made her cry this much.
