Once in a Blue Moon

A little Cottage

I feel like I was out for a while, I probably was. I woke up confused and holding my arm tightly. My arm was killing me!!! The pain was unbearable. I knew I had to do something about my arm quick or I may loose it. I carful,y rook of my jacket and created a sling. Now that my arm was comfortable I was able to check out my surroundings. I looked around, I think I'm in a old cottage. I'm pretty sure I'm still in the woods to.

I stand up. The kidnapper seems to have given me free will, to be able to walk wherever I want. It is only a small cottage. It had rusty old furniture and chipped paint on the walls. I walked over to the window. I placed my hand in my pocket and felt for my phone. They have. It taken my phone either. I turn my phone on and call my dad.

*RING RING!! RING RING!!*

"Melody!! Are you ok?" My dad answers in a panicked voice.

"My arms Brocken but it have put it I a sling so it should be good. Daddy I think I know where I am?!" I whisper into the phone.

I kept looking around and kept my eyes wide open watching out for the kidnapper.

"What do you know Melody?" Dad asks.

"Well I think I'm in a old cottage. There is no car parked outside, the paint is peeling off on the outside and it is in the woods. Dad have you heard from....... Um........ From......." I pause.

Should I ask him? What is he wants to know more information about Zack.

"Who told you I was in trouble dad?"

"Um.. It was a boy, but the name of, what was it. A got it!! By the name of Zack. Melody when I find you I do need to know why you were with him in the woods by yourself considering he is a vampire. But we can talk about that later when your safe and sound." Dad said.

"Ok."

I heard footsteps. I quickly slipped my phone back into my pocket and sat down. I sat still while the footsteps got closer and closer.

"Melody?!" A voice whispered.

I could see a dark shadow and then a figure appeared in the window. If was Zack!! He came for me! I ran over to the window and out my hands up against it.

"Melody, I'm gonna get you out of her okay?! Your going to be alright!"
