The next morning, Jimin was waiting with Taehyung and Jungkook outside the school for Y/N to arrive. He kept looking down at his watch, checking the time. Taehyung and Jungkook watched the anxious guy.
"Damn Jimin. What's the problem?" Taehyung asked.
Jimin shook his head. "I don't know Tae. For some reason, I feel weird. Like these last couple days weren't real. I just want to see her," he said, checking his watch again, before rubbing his face.
Taehyung smiled. He had never seen his friend like this before. "Don't worry. It'll be okay. There's your girl," he said pointing to a pretty dark haired girl getting out of a black car.
Jimin watched as Y/N stepped out of the car. His heart caught as her bright laughter carried across the campus. She was laughing at something Yoongi was saying, lightly slapping his arm before taking his hand.
Jungkook kept his eyes on Y/N as she made her way across the campus with Yoongi. When she saw Jimin, her face lit up in happy delight.
As soon as Y/N was near, Jimin pounced on her, grabbing her and wrapped her tightly in his arms, kissing her lips. "I love you," he whispered.
Y/N nuzzled against his ear, whispering back, "I love you Jiminie." She turned and greeted Taehyung and Jungkook.
Jimin pulled back, smiling, then brushed her hair back from her face. "What took you so long?"
Y/N rolled her eyes. "Yoonie couldn't find his car keys," she said.
"Yah! I can't handle the Yoonie," Yoongi said, pushing her shoulder. "It's so bad."
Jimin laughed at them. "Hey cuz. Be careful with my girl," he said. Jimin kissed her again before releasing her. "See you at lunch baby."
Y/N smiled at him and then followed Yoongi off. She went to take his hand, but he pulled it away, pouting. "Aww are you really mad at me?" she asked.
Yoongi tried to keep a straight face, but lost it at her sad look. "Of course not honey."
Y/N smiled. "I promise to stop calling you Yoonie," she said.
Yoongi patted her head. " Finally!"
They walked into the performance room. Y/N didn't hear the same whispers this time and was grateful. They found a couple seats together and sat down, talking about their performance. In three days, they would be giving their duet piano performance. They had practiced hard and Y/N felt prepared.
Mina came rushing in, an annoyed look on her face. She sat down in the seat behind Y/N, tapping her on her shoulder.
"Hey Mina," Y/N said. "How was Japan?"
Mina waved her hand in dismissal. "It was fine. What's this I hear about you and Jimin? Are you really together?"
Y/N smiled and nodded. "Jimin didn't get a soulmate mark. Everything just kind of fell into place," she said.
Mina nodded, a thoughtful look on her face. Her friend, Jennie, always had a crush on the sexy dancer. Without a soulmate mark, there might be a chance for her after all.
Janeul sat down next to Y/N and hugged her. "I heard about you and Jimin! I'm so happy for you," she said.
Y/N laughed at the other girl's enthusiasm, but didn't miss the dark look Mina had given her. Mina seemed almost annoyed. Why wouldn't she be happy for her friend?

On the other side of the campus, Jimin and Hoseok were in their modern dance class. Jimin was on the floor stretching, when a tiny red hair girl sat next to him, close enough where he could smell her perfume. It was an overpowering smell. It was so unlike Y/N's soft scent of sugar and vanilla. Jimin moved away from her, putting space between them.
