Hayden's pov:

I walked back to the dining room

H: sorry, she wanted a picture..
Hayden's Dad: Son you know your mother does not like interruptions during dinner..
H: i'm sorry, it won't happen again
Hayden's Mom: It better not.

I wanted to die
Why did they have to come back
They take everything away from me
My happiness

H: May i be excused?

I didn't wait for a response i just went to my room
I went onto my phone and looked at pictures of Annie
I fucked up
I fucked up really badly
I'm a fuck up
I fuck up all the time
I stood up and punched my wall
i hate my life so much
she was the only thing that kept me happy and i fucked it up
I groaned in frustration
I needed to talk to her
I needed to be with her
I texted her

H: Annie i really need to talk to you...

She left me on read
I felt the urge to cry but i kept it together
Then i called her
24 times
And she didn't answer
I texted Kenzie

H: are you with Annie?

She replied

K: no.

I yelled in frustration
I facetimed Jayden
She declined
I called until she answered

J: Whattttt?!
H: Jayden i don't have time for this, are you with Annie?
J: she doesn't want to speak to you, go bother someone else
H: i'm coming to you guys
J: No! You don't even know where we are, we aren't at any of our houses.. Just leave her alone

She hung up
That's it
I left my house and got in my car
I drove and texted Annie at the same time

H: Annie please can we talk.. i made a mistake... you are my career and i want to focus on us..

She kept reading my texts and not responding
After about 200 text messages she told me to meet her at her house so that's where i went
I sped to her house but just my luck
I got pulled over
The officer walked up to my car

Officer: License and registration
H: yeah sure...

I handed him the things he asked for

Officer: Do you know why i pulled you over?
H: no sir..
Officer: okay well you were going over the speed limit, you seem a little young to be driving
H: i'm 16 sir
Officer: *looks at his watch* it's past curfew, your aware i assume?
H: no, I didn't know i'm sorry

He looked at my hand

H: look, today has not been day as you could see and i was just on my way home
Officer: okay, i'll be right back.. sit tight

He walked to his car
I'm going to jail

i put my head in the steering wheel and tried to think
I called Annie
I didn't think she would answer but she did

H: Annie, i got pulled over and i might be getting arrested, please just tell my parents to pick my car up if i don't call you back in the next 15 minutes... i'll send you my location and their numbers..
A: okay....
H: Thank you

I hung up and sent her all of the information
Then the Officer came back and handed me my license and registration back
