Allison's Point of View.

Once we reached Hagrids hut the curtains were still drawn which was no surprise but that didn't stop Hermione and me from marching up to his front door and knocking.

''Hagrid we know you are in there. Nobody cares that your mother was a Giantess. Now get your ass up and open the door,'' I yell banging on the door.

''Allison is right Hagrid, you can't let what that Skeeter woman says get to you. Get out here you are just being,'' Hermione was interrupted by the door opening.

We all stare in shock when we saw Dumbeldore and my Dad standing on the other side. Unlike Dumbledore who was smiling brightly at us, dad was giving me a stern look with his arms crossed.

''Good afternoon,'' Dumbledore tells us. ''Ah, we just,'' Hermione couldn't finish the sentence so I finished it for her. ''We just wanted to see Hagrid,'' I tell him.

Dumbledore nods his head looking down at us. ''We gathered that,'' Dad tells us nodding his head. ''Why don't you four come in?'' Dumbledore asks us. ''Okay,'' Hermione nods her head as she and I share a look.

Walking in I first noticed that Hagrid was sat at the table where two other chairs were pulled out where I assume Dad and Dumbledore had been sitting.

Hagrid looked horrible. His hair was all tangled. All the areas that we could see of his face were red, puffy and blotchy. ''Hi, Hagrid,'' Harry greets our friend when he managed to get Fang off of him.

Hagrid looks up from where he was seated and just nods at us. ''Hello,'' he replies in a weak tone. ''More tea I think,'' Dumbledore says while closing the door.

Dad had walked up and sat back down at the table on one side of Hagrid. The four of us shared a look before going and sitting down waiting for Dumbledore to come and sit down.

Dumbledore took the other seat on the other side of Hagrid before taking his wand out of his robes. He waves the wand in the air and four extra cups of tea appeared on the table.

''Hagrid, did you by any chance hear what Miss, Weasley and Miss Granger were shouting?'' Dumbledore asks the teacher.

''One of them could have done so without certain use of words,'' Dad says giving me a look. I sheepishly look away and take a sip of my tea.

''It is obvious by the way that they were trying to break down the door that they still want to know you,'' Dumbledore tells our friend. ''Of course, we still want to know you. You don't think anything that Skeeter cow, sorry professor,'' Harry says looking at Dumbledore.

''It's okay Harry, I seem to have gone temporarily deaf. I haven't a clue what you just said!'' Dumbledore tells Harry twiddling with his thumps looking at the ceiling.

Harry and I just stare out a professor for a moment before Harry nods his head and turns back to our Half-Giant friend.

''What I mean is, Hagrid, how could you think that we would care what that- woman wrote about you,'' Harry tells our friend. From where I sat I could see Hagrid was crying.

''Living proof of what Albus and I have been trying to explain to you Hagrid,'' Dad tells him. ''I have shown you all of the letters I have received from parents who remember you,'' Dumbledore speaks up.

''Telling me in all types of ways that if I sacked you, they would have something to say about it!'' Dumbledore continues from where he was still looking at the ceiling.

Hagrid shakes his head, ''not all of em,'' Hagrid tells us. ''Not all of em wan me ter stay,'' Hagrid replies. Dumbeldore peers over in his half-moon spectacles.
