Halloween

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've uploaded! Lock down is reallllllyyyyy messing me up. So to make it up (and to hopefully get me going again) here's a 2 month early Halloween special. This might not be as long or as good as most chapters but I promise I will try and get into a scheduled for this! I will try to upload each Sunday or Thursday.

It's been around 4 months since me and Amami grew a truce. We wouldn't exactly call it friends due to him still trying to snatch my boyfriend 24/7. We're like bears fighting for the same fish. Well with that all over, Halloween was just around the corner and Kokichi was already picking out Halloween outfits for us. If I'm being honest, I've always disliked Halloween. It's the one time of the year where multiple people find it fun to dress up, get extremely drunk, take drugs and the streets are filled with innocent children who are getting candy from complete strangers. However it's my dad and Kokichi's favourite holiday so I guess I can't be too mad about it...

"Shummaaiiii what about this one!" He walked out wearing a maid dress with wolf ears and a wolf tail.

"Woop! Work it gurrrlll!" My dad shouted from the kitchen. My dad was still staying with me as my mum kinda abandoned him here.

I sighed. "Don't you think it's a bit too showey?"

"I guess... I'll just save this one for the bedroom." He winks and walks out.

My dad walks in and puts a hand on my shoulder. "I know you don't like Halloween but try and make Kokichi happy... this would be the first Halloween he'd be happy out since his organisation right?" I nod.

"Okay dad... I'll try.. Wait... what are you doing while I'm running around getting candy from strangers who could kidnap me?"

"I'll be at your school helping with the Halloween party preparation. It's at 8. Don't be late." He boops my nose and walks back into the kitchen.

Kokichi walked out, this time in some weird 'sexy' cat outfit. I looked at him with a -_- face. "Yeah I knooowwww... you haven't liked any of my outfits Shuichi!!" He hugs me. "Why don't you like my outfitssss...?"

"I'm sorry Koki... I just don't really like Halloween... okay? It's nothing to do with you. You and my dad can pick whatever you like... I'll be at Makis if you want me.." I break the hug and get up. I walk out.

"Wow he's being a downer." I hear my dad say.

"Yeah... it's not fair... I wish he liked Halloween." Kokichi said in a sad tone.

I really couldn't care about people's opinion on my hatred for Halloween. It's just a holiday for crime. The only good part about it is seeing everyone's costumes. At school we have a costume contest and Tsumugi or Sayaka always win. I've never bothered to dress up so I never cared who won.

I made my way to Maki and saw Kaito outside in a pretty impressive alien costume. "Ah it's my sidekick! How are ya?" He asked, holding my shoulder.

"I've been better Kaito." I respond, adjusting my hat.

"Don't be such a Halloween grinch, Shuichi. Now, are you ready to see Maki in a sexy outfit?" He said excitedly. I rolled my eyes and smiled. Kaito knocked on the door.

Maki opened up, in a cute devil outfit. "What Do you want." Kaito looked at her, his eyes glued to a certain part of her body. "Shuichi. Please do the honers before I beat up an Alien." Shes blushing. Welp. I suppose that plan Maki told me about should be on around now.

I pulls handcuffs out my pockets and hand cuff Kaito to a pole. "Shuichi what the hell!" Before any of you crazed fan girls/boys ask why I have handcuffs. I got promoted from my job as a detective. I can now arrest people. I usually don't have handcuffs on me but I was told to have them just in case I saw something. Have I used them with Kokichi?.... use your imagination...
