🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

I woke up on the bed, it was eight thirty, I remember I and Tommy's silent conversations as we cuddled together on the couch that was one of the most romantic moments we've had. I smiled remembering last night it was so
Sweet.

But now I needed to get my sorry ass up and go see my mum, I had sent her a quick text last night before i went to bed. She had replied she seemed ecstatic from her response. So I got up and headed to the bathroom and showered, I picked out a very homely beautiful outfit, of black jeans and a yellow t,shirt allowing my chestnut brown hair fall, I smiled at my reflection in the mirror and scooted my way out of the house after saying hello to Nana

I was going to meet mum at a local cafe I didn't want to bring her to Tommy's house yet, it wasn't my right, yes Tommy and I might be attracted or probably just me, I still had to respect boundaries he wasn't an ordinary celebrity he was a billionaire celebrity and the future heir to the Bryant's heirloom

I walked inside with my shades on as I spotted my mum sitting across the room, she looked very anxious as she kept holding onto her mug and looking at the streets through the giant window by her side, she didn't look bad and she was the older version of myself, she looked like me a lot, defined cheeks, soft round face, and a beautiful skin my mum was elegant no wonder men fell for her, even her style was incredible. I walked to her and sat down as she turned her eyes to me and smiled nervously.

"Be...Betty" She stuttered quietly almost a whisper as I removed my sun glasses and placed them on the table

"Hi mum" I nodded as I continued looking at her, what was I going to say?

"I hope you don't mind I ordered cappuccino for you" She said smiling at me and I returned it with my own small smile and I nodded

"Thanks"  I responded just then she signaled the waiter who brought my coffee

"How are you" She asked after a while of us sipping our coffee and looking else where but ourselves.

"I'm fine" I replied  "what about you?"

"I'm good,I'm trying"

"Good" I sipped my coffee

"How's uh..work you know being with your boss" She asked nervously

"Fine..it's uh great"

She nodded her head and smiled.

"This is one of the best coffee shops in the city it's my favorite actually"

"I know. At least one of us has the decency to know the other's favorite things" I spat

"Betty I do know you"

"Do you?" I asked anger looming in my eyes

"Yes" she muttered breaking our eye contact

"Last time I remember you told me I was a killjoy and I'd never find happiness you watched Carla almost ruin my life!!" I growled I was so surprised people didn't turn to look at me

"Keep your voice down" She ordered softly

"Don't tell me what to do" I glared at her
