I got to work early to finish all the things I had missed and done, I knew Tommy was going to have a busy day and I was sad and happy at the same time, damn him for giving me mixed feelings. An new email displayed on my laptop screen, it was from one of Tommy's appointments today saying they had cancelled it, I wanted to send the email straight to him but I knew it will be unprofessional and Obviously Tommy wasn't going to read his emails because he was so busy but I was avoiding him, i reluctantly got up and went to his office and then I knocked and I heard a familiar voice tell me to come in

I ambled into the room, I saw him looking at a document in his hand, he was looking at it intently as other files were sprawled on his glass desk. He hadn't looked up yet so I took the time to look at him properly today and take in his features and reminisce about him later on because he looked damn hot this morning, he was good looking take it from me, I loved how his hair was so dark and smooth, I loved how he had muscular arms that could shield you..I had to clear my head unless I was going to continue to drool over my ex fake boyfriend and present boss

I cleared my throat and he looked up and he gave me a surprise look then his face softened and he smiled a little, I fought the urge to smile back, I was completely shocked when he quickly dropped the document he was holding, stood up from his chair and embraced me I could inhale his perfume and his after shave scent, as his hands went round my body I forgot everything about staying away from him and I hugged him back, I wanted to kiss him badly or touch him so much

"I missed you" He said his voice a little hoarse

It was like my brain began to function and then I said to myself that he only missed protecting me and not the way I missed him...it hurts. I quickly pulled away from him and then I stepped back, he looked shocked and then his face fell but he blinked it away

"Your appointment with Mr Kelly has been postponed till Next week same day same time"

He nodded and put his hands in pockets and leaned on his big desk "did he give a reason"

"He just said he had urgent matters to meet up with"

"Well please send an email telling him that I'd give him my own time and day, next week is inconvenient for me" he said not taking his eyes off me and I almost disappeared under his gaze, I took courage to look at him and I could see several emotions in his eyes, it was of desperation and sadness, I didn't want to read anything into it but he looked like he...was...in...lo...scrap that!! it cannot be .

I nodded and began to walk away but he held my hand back, I quivered out of surprise , I wondered how fast he could be , he was just by his desk now he was by my side.

"We need to talk, please" He said his eyes were softened

"You're busy today, you cannot miss your appointments"

"Screw those meetings!" He said very frustrated

"You need to go for your meeting" I said with a half smile, I really wanted to talk to him and hear him out but I'd walk out, if it had anything to do with me returning to his house, I needed to know what he wanted from me before anything else

"Will you wait for me?" He asked with pleading eyes

"I don't know" I looked away, trying to act unaffected by his big brown sexy eyes
