Tokka one shots

Toph!

Once Chief Sokka declared Yakone guilty of all charges. Yakone bloodbended Sokka with his mind. All Toph could hear was Sokka in pain. Toph was in position to arrest Yakone but then he had bloodbended everyone in the courtroom. Sokka looked over at Toph in fear for her safety. " NO! I have to protect her! I can't lose her! not her" He told himself.

Yakone beneded Toph off the ground and moved her to the officer with the keys to his cuffs. Toph was scared, She wasn't touching the ground anymore. She doesn't know what is going on but that she has no control over her body. Toph feared the most, She thought it was the end for her. She feared wouldn't be coming home to her girls tonight. Sokka watched as Toph was forced to get the keys to Yakone's cuffs

"He's going to get away!" They told themselves

Sokka watched as Toph unlocked Yakone's cuffs. Next thing they knew Yakone bended them to pass out.

Sokka was the first to wake up. He quickly remembered what happened and got up. He looked around the room and saw Toph passed out on the floor. He ran over to Toph and picked her up in his arms.

"Wake up! please!" he whispered, A tear rolled down his cheek and landed on her face. He hugged Toph tightly. He watched as Toph's eyes fluttered open, "Toph!" he smiled big and hugged her tighter

"H-hey meathead.... your crushing me"

"Oh my bad" he let go of her and helped her get up.

"I don't feel Yakone, or Aang"

"Chief! Beifong are you there!?" Called one of the officers through the radio. Toph turned around and ran to the radio. "I'm here!" "Good, Aang has captured Yakone and is on his way to the station with him" Sokka looked at Toph "Great! on my way!" Toph hung up the radio, "Lets go!" Toph and Sokka ran out of the building to the station.

When they got to the station Aang was talking to the receptionist.

"Aang! what happened?!" Toph asked as they walked up to him

"After he bloodbended us and knocked me out. I got into the avatar state and went after him. When i got to him he bloodbended me again and almost ended me for good before i got back into the avatar state and took his bending away" Sokka and Toph were surprised but also not surprised. I mean c'mon he's the avatar. Master of all 4 elements.

"I told you, you should've took his bending away from the beginning!" Toph said as she crossed her arms.

"Where is he now?" Sokka asked

"He's locked up now. He won't harm any of us now"

"Good" is all that Toph said. She walked past Aang to go to her office, Aang and Sokka followed behind.

"Toph you should maybe take the day off. You had a rough day" Aang said

"I'm fine! Now go back to your avatar and councilman duty you guys do everyday"

"Toph" Sokka went over and put a hand on her shoulder "Please... for me". As much as Toph wanted to fight it. She was exhausted, she wants to go home to her girls and give then the biggest hug, and never let them go. She sighs "Fine! Aang are you staying or going back to the island?"

"I'm staying"

"Good, your in charge for today"

"Thank you" Sokka gave a warm smile to Toph even though she couldn't see it. Sokka walked Toph home. The walk was quiet, Small talk here and there but quiet. When they got to Toph's house, she unlocked the door with her metal bending. Sokka broke the silence before she got inside.

"Toph i know something is wrong.... But i won't bug you about it. Just know that i'm always here if you ever want to talk to someone" Sokka waited for a response. Toph moved close to him and punched him in the shoulder. "Thanks snoozles" She felt a tear roll down her cheek. "Dammit! Ugh why do emotions exist!? I hope he didn't see that" Sokka noticed the tear roll down her cheek and went over to give her a hug. Even if it meant getting hit with a rock after.

Toph burst into tears on Sokka's chest. He hugged her tighter, "It's okay, i got you" he whispered to her and laid his chin on her head.

"I thought i wasn't going to see my girls anymore" Toph tried to control her breathing. "I couldn't see anything! I was completely blind, I felt useless!"

"Your not useless Toph, and Your girls will always be with you. Don't forget that!" Toph let go of the hug and wiped the tears off her face. "Sorry you had to see me like that" she chuckled. "It's ok, now i believe your girls are waiting for you inside". With that Toph walked inside her home. Before she closed the door she called out for Sokka and he turned around. "Yeah?" "I never cried" Sokka chuckled "Hey my lips are sealed" Toph smiled and closed the door. Sokka turned around and walked away. He was about to walk the street when her heard laughs and giggles coming from what seemed to be, Lin and Su. It brought a warm smile to his face. You won't lose your mother on my watch.

A/N I'm not sure how i feel about the beginning of this. I feel like the beginning is just all over the place. I tried so hard to explain the court scene so i'm sorry if i confused you in any way.

I am a firm believer that the writers hinted at Tokka in this scene.

I also cried writing that part where Toph cried.
