-george giggled as he glanced behind his shoulder, eyes catching with clay's as he sprinted. "say it george!" clay called out as he dodged and swerved branches in order to get to george. his eyes were wide and hungry, hungry for three certain words, three certain words that could roll off of george's tongue so perfectly.
"i'm not going to say it! stop!" george said as he tried picking up his pace, glancing over his shoulder once more. clay was so close to catching him, he could almost grab the collar of george's shirt. clay let out a somewhat evil sounding laugh as he caught up. george was so so close yet so, so far—he was just out of his reach. like always.
"i'm so close to you george, i'm gonna' catch you and make you say it!" clay says, listening to george's nervous squeak. he wallowed in the sound, the sound of excitement and fluster.
"get away from me!" george says as he glances behind him for the last time. as george catches a glimpse of clay's face; his hungry eyes and toothy, desperate smile, there's a yank at his foot and suddenly he's plummeting down a hill. he shrieks as he rolls down the grassy mound, a familiar laugh echoing in his ears. it grows far but seems to grow close in less than a few seconds. george lands on his back when the hill finally flattens, but before he could get up to make an escape, clay had already caught up.
"i've got you now." clay says as he grips george's wrists, pinning them above his head. his grip is so, so tight—he could leave bruises. his hands wrap around george's dainty wrists so perfectly. george huffs out as the two lock eyes, a devilish grin tugging at clay's lips. it's dripping in lust, lust to hear george confess. "now you have to say it—i'm not letting you go anywhere until i hear those three words come out of your mouth."
"n-no, clay! let me go!" the grin on clay's face grows wide when george's cheeks flush scarlet. he looks so perfect like this, flustered and wanting out.
"say it." clay mumbles as his grip on george's wrists become tighter. he's going to leave bruises. his face inches closer to george's, so close that he can hear george quickly inhale. "c'mon, just tell me you love me!"
"no, now get off of me." george says, his voice is quiet, and he turns his head to the side to avoid eye contact and to prevent clay from seeing his flushed cheeks. his stomach swirls and he becomes nauseous—nauseous from excitement and from being so, so flustered. his heart is beating fast and he can feel clay tighten his grip even more, his grip is tighter than ever and he can only imagine the marks clay would leave.
"nope, sorry." clay says as cocks his head. "don't be nervous, george. just say it. i say it to you, just say it back to me." george rolls his eyes.
what if saying it changes how he feels?
"if i say it you'll let me go?" george asks, locking eyes with clay. his murky hazel eyes stare down into george's brown-black ones. his grip has loosened yet he's more eager than ever.
"mhmm." clay hums. "i promise." the two become silent to the point where they can hear each other breathe. george's quick inhales and exhales and clay's slow, steady, labored breathing. george parts his lips a bit, his tongue gliding over his bottom one as he takes in a shallow breath before craning his neck a bit upwards, placing his lips atop of clay's. clay froze at the action before ultimately closing his eyes and letting go of george's wrists. he propped himself up on his elbows, trapping george below him and smiling into the kiss when he felt george's hands—now free of a bruising grip on his wrists, tangle in his rather long, blond hair.
george tugged at clay's blond locks as he parted his lips, tilting his head to the side. kissing clay felt like heaven, and he had secretly been waiting so long for this moment. kissing the younger boy opened up something new in george, a sensation he had never experienced before—an unfamiliar feeling in the bottom of his stomach that made him feel clammy. without thinking, clay slipped his knee between george's legs, letting it rest there.
this movement only made the foreign feeling in george's stomach grow stronger, and he fought back a noise when there was friction where he wished clay was. the brunet disconnected their lips for a second in an attempt to catch a fresh breath of air, but not before clay pulled him back in, biting his bottom lip. one of george's hands snaked back from the crown of clay's head to the grass, pushing himself upwards. with a swift motion, he flipped the two over so he was on top.
clay's shaking hands found a new home on the brunet's waist. they slipped under the baby-blue shirt he wore and roamed against the skin amongst his waist and hips, fingertips setting george on fire. the fire burned a hole in his stomach, and the sensation only grew stronger when clay's hands pressed his dainty, delicate figure downwards into his own hips, humming when he felt friction.
kissing george was far better than hearing three words he craved. now, he craved more than just kisses and his hands traveled higher on george's skin, his fingertips gently caressing the boy's spine. clay separated their rather sloppy make-out session to press a sweet kiss to the corner of george's mouth. one hand slipped from beneath george's shirt to reach up and cup his cheek, cocking his head to the side to press yet another kiss to his cheek. george whined gently at the contact before his lips returned to clay's.
quickly, george leaned back in and pecked clay's lips before peeling himself away completely. he collapsed next to the blond, breathing heavily. his chest rises and fell in a perfect pattern, and the soft breaths he breathed out set clay's soul on fire. clay wiped his lips off with the back of his hand before turning to lay on his side, cocking an eyebrow as he looked at the rather flustered boy below him.
"was that good enough?" george questions, turning his head to look at the boy laying next to him. clay smiled for a second, catching his bottom lip between his teeth. he was speechless, he couldn't muster any words out. all he could do was nod. george smiled to himself, turning his head back towards the sky. without any words, clay reached out and grabbed george's jaw, turning his head to face him once more. the brunet blushed as he leaned back in, connecting their lips once more in a sweet kiss. he stopped clay before they could go any further though, tugging his head away as he pushed himself up off the ground. "i'm glad you enjoyed the kiss, because that's the only one you're getting."
"what? no!" clay whines as removes himself from the ground and stands up quickly, pouting his lips and huffing out as george laughed loudly and carelessly before he began sprinting away. "that's not fair george!" clay tilts his head back a bit as he slouches in george's direction. "george! you can't just do that!" he's desperate for more touch, he can't just let george escape him so easily.
"who said i couldn't?" george calls out as he turns around, smiling at clay from a distance. he too was desperate for more, but there was a time and place for that, and in a flower field was not one of them.
"i did, it's not fair." clay complains, dragging out the 'r'.
"better than nothing, clay."
