Chapter Twenty-nine

I woke up when morning came. I looked over and see Taehyung watching me. I furrowed my eyebrows and turned, "What's wrong?"

Taehyung smiles, "I just wanted to keep watching... make sure you and Yuri were really here with me."

I leaned in and rubbed his arm, "We aren't going anywhere." I smiled. We looked down to see Yuri still asleep. "Let's go make some breakfast. I want to let her sleep a bit longer." I tell him.

"Sure."

When we got got of the room, Jin was already cooking breakfast. "Oh, good morning!" He says. "Did you guys sleep well?" He asks as we sat at the table.

"Yes. Thank you." I smiled.

Jin nods. "Tae, we were given a few weeks off, so you can get back into the right mindset, and help Y/n and Yuri get settled." Taehyung nods.

"That's very kind of them." I said.

"Well, I think it's for the best, because while you two were missing, Taehyung literally would not leave his room. We all took turns taking care of him. He only ate like one or two bites of meals, just laid on his bed..." Jin sighs. "I didn't know what to do." He glances over to us. I looked over at Taehyung and held his hand in mine. "When he got that message from you, it was like life was sucked back into him. He managed to have energy that he shouldn't have had." Taehyung kisses the side of my head.

As they continued their conversation, I hear Yuri crying in the room. I quickly got up and walked back to Taehyung's room. "What's wrong baby girl?" I ask as I got in there.

She clings onto me, crying. "Mommy I had an accident."

"Oh baby girl... It's okay. Accidents happen." I tried to calm her down. "Let's get you cleaned up okay?" I picked her up and took her to the bathroom. I sat her down and the cracked the door open. "Tae!" I called out in the hall. I took Yuri's clothes off and Taehyung came up to the door.

"What's wrong?" He asks.

I picked up her clothes and turned back to him. "I'm so sorry, Yuri had an accident."

Taehyung shakes his head. "Oh, that's okay."

"Could you run her clothes through the wash... I don't have extra clothes here..." I sighed.

"Oh, I think there's some clothes from the last time you guys stayed over." He takes the clothes from my hands. "I'll be back." I nodded to him. I got the bath ready and got Yuri on the tub. She plays in the water for a bit and I see Taehyung pass by with his bedding. He comes back a few minutes later with the extra clothes.

"Thank you." I tell him. 

When Yuri was done playing, I helped her finish washing up and then we went out to the kitchen so we could have breakfast. Yuri makes her way straight to Taehyung, who was talking to Hoseok. He smiles seeing the small girl wanting to climb on his lap. He picks her up and sets her on his lap. "Hey baby girl." He kisses her cheek. "Are you hungry? Uncle Jin made some food."

"Yeah!" She smiles. Taehyung grabs some pancakes and eggs on the plate in front of them, and cuts up the pancake for her. He hands her the fork and she starts eating. I take a seat next to Taehyung. I brushed Yuri's hair out of her face as she took another bite. When I looked up, I see the members watching us with bright smiles.

"So... Since we have some time off... How about the amusement park?" Jimin suggested. I looked down at Yuri, whose eyes sparkled.

"I wanna go!" Yuri cheers. We all chuckled at her reaction and they all looked over at me. 

I let out a sigh and nodded, "But you all have to actually help watch her though. I can't run after her like I used to." I say putting a hand on my stomach.

Yuri was enjoying her time at the amusement park. I smiled, glad that she was having such a fun time. We were walking to the next ride Yuri wanted to go on. Taehyung and I walked behind the group, hand in hand. I noticed that Taehyung was acting a bit strange. He seemed stressed or nervous about something. "Hey, you okay?" I asked him. He doesn't respond and gulps. When we get to the carousel, what Yuri wanted to ride, Taehyung stops and turns me to face him. "What's wrong?" I asked again.

Taehyung takes in a deep breath before speaking. "I wanted to tell you something... I once was just an ordinary idol... That was until I was suddenly asked to babysit on my day off. My world started to turn again once I met the little girl's mother." He held my hands tightly as I stayed focus on his words. "A mother who struggled with a sudden custody battle with her ex-husband. A mother who is such a strong independent woman. Before I knew it... I fell for her. For her daughter. Now we have a baby coming soon, and we are starting to grow our family. I knew how special you two were to me, but what I didn't know was that you two had become my whole world. My home. It only occurred to me when I thought I was going to lose the three of you." Taehyung's voice began to shook. "When I finally had you back in my arms... I didn't want to let go. I don't ever want to let go." Taehyung went down on one knee, pulled out a small box, and held onto my left hand as he looked back up at me. "I realized that I can't live without you and Yuri. You two made me feel complete. So, here I am on one knee... and I'm asking you, Park Y/n... if you would let me be a part of yours and Yuri's life and be with you forever... Will you please marry me and make me the happiest man in the world?" Tears ran down both of our faces.

I tried to stop my crying, nodding my head. "Yes." I whispered. He puts the ring on my finger and stands up, taking my face into his hands and kisses me.

He then pulls away and shouts out, "She said yes!" I heard cheering all around us. I finally looked up to see the other members plus all of the Got7 members there recording. Yuri ran up to us.

"Daddy!"

"Did she know about this?" I asked him.

Taehyung nods. "I talked to her about it."

Flashback

Taehyung's POV

While everyone was getting ready, I pulled Yuri into my room and locked it. "Daddy?" I smiled and crouched to her.

"Daddy has a question to ask you." I started, "How would you feel if I became your real daddy and be with you and mommy forever?"

Yuri hums, "I would like that a lot. I want mommy to be happy always."

I smiled and hug the small girl, kissing her head. "Then, I'm going to make that happen."

Flashback Ends

Y/n's POV

"Mommy be happy now!" Yuri giggles. We smiled at her and the boys came hugging all of us.

"Congratulations!"

"I'm so happy for you!"

Yugyeom comes and hugs me. "Congratulations noona. I'm glad something good finally happened for you." I smiled, hugging him back.

"Thank you Yuggie."

The boys took Yuri on the carousel and Taehyung and I watched. I feel him wrap his arms around me. "You know what I'm thankful for?" He spoke softly into my ear, making me glance up at him.

"What?" I asked.

He turns me around and kisses me softly, then says.

"That I ended up falling for you."
