The place reeked of cheap wine.The piano music blared while people were chatting away.Some were gambling,some were just drinking,and the girls were dancing away.Whistles and shouts were heard,the whole secret bar was exploding with noise.
"Just one night baby.You and me."
A chuckle was heard from the shadowed part of the office.
"What's in it for me?"asked a smooth lustful voice.
The man grinned widely,"The best time of your life."
She moved a little from the shadows,currently perched on the desk,legs crossed.She wore a short silk red dress,revealing her long slender legs,which was illegal,especially when not wedded.
"Sweetie I don't do things for free,"she sneered.
The man's smile disappeared,a frown took it's place.With a grumble,he searched through his long coat and pulled out a small bag.Tossing it into her lap,he furrowed his eyebrows.
"That should do it Miss Rouge,"he said grumpily.
Her ears twitched before she slowly opened the small bad.Pouring out its contents into her hand,she examined it thoroughly.
"Only ten?"she questioned.
He scowled,"it's all I have."
She narrowed her eyes,then slid the silver pieces back into the bag.She threw the bag at him and leaned forward.
"My services are the best you'll ever get.And I expect more than just ten pieces of silver,"she snapped.
The man growled with anger,"Fine you caught me.I need more than just pleasure."
Miss Rouge,as she likes to be called,smirked in satisfaction.
"Thought so,nothing gets passed me,"she said darkly,jumping off the old wooden desk like table.
He made a gruff noise before crossing his arms.
"Need you to steal something from the Rose castle,"he whispered.
Rouge grinned evilly,"I'm listening."
"The name's Ace.Need your pretty little self to steal a priceless gem for me.Think you can do it sweetheart?"
Rouge looked at her nails and hummed.
"Hmm alright.But it's gonna cost ya big time,"she said slyly.
He thought deeply,"Alright,since this gem is very priceless and you can be executed for stealing it,I'll give you...one hundred and fifty silver pieces."
Rouge scoffed and actually laughed a bit,"Not gonna happen baby."
"Two hundred."
"Two fifty."
"Two forty."
Rouge crossed her arms,"Two seventy and that's it."
"Deal."
A smirk curved on her lips,"I'll have it to you in seven full moons.Once the moon is either a crescent or not seen,I'll have it ready for ya."
"...alright.It's the ruby.The biggest one in that castle's treasure room.Its called the omega ruby.The only problem is those stupid guards,"he explained.
Rouge laughed again,"Hun I've stolen from those hollow headed guards before and still haven't been caught.It'll be easy."
He chuckled and turned,"Good doing business with you."
Before leaving,he tossed her almost four bags of silver pieces.
"No nice doing business with you,"she purred.
Once he left,Rouge got to business.She grabbed her tools and changed out of her dress.Instead she wore contoured black silk jumpsuit which covers from the chest down.She also wrapped the same material around her ears,mouth,and nose,the only thing visible was her eyes.Before she left,she grabbed her black satchel.
The town was silent.Except for the soft wind.It was June,warm yet chilling because of the breeze.Rouge swiftly moved along the stone bridge.She looked up to see the castle,yet she still had to get past the gates.Up ahead she could see the guards.One on each side of the metal gates.They stood tall in silver armor,but they didn't have on a helmet.Holding a spear,they looked around with caution an alert.
With a small smirk,Rouge dug through her satchel,then pulled out a match.As she was running silently,Rouge scratched the match up against the bridge.The small flame lit up before she tossed the match into tall dead grass.Before long,the patch of grass blew up in flames,catching the guard's attention.The two of them ran toward it,giving Rouge time to jump over and on the gate wall.Crouching,she made sure the guards were busy trying to put out the now large fire.
With a snicker,she ran along the stone wall,making her way to the castle roof,avoiding all the guards.Rouge soon found herself breaking into the castle's treasure room.

"Sir!Sir!"
The guard bursted unexpectedly into the chief's headquarters.The chair the chief sat in was turned around,so all you could see was the leather sofa's back.
"She's back!In the castle!"exclaimed the guard,out of breath.
A low chuckle came from the chief as he was currently staring intensely into the fire that burned before him.The fire place's fire was silent,only making a crackle like sound.The chief's violet eyes burned with determination as he stood.Arms behind him,he turned toward the guard,his face hidden under his bronze metal helmet.
"Perfect,"he chuckled darkly.

"Halt!"
Rouge slid the gem into her satchel,then looked over at the guards.The chief in full bronze armor stood in front of five other guards.Rouge had her hands on her hips,nose in air.
"What kind of greeting is this?"she asked in her usual low seducing tone.
The chief unsheathed his sword as the others did the same.
"Get her!"yelled the chief.
The guards shouted a battle cry before going after her.Rouge merely yawned and waited for them to get near.Once they did,she kicked down a short column which had held some priceless pearls.They rolled under the guard's feet,causing them to fall and land on their backs.Rouge smirked and grabbed one of the guard's swords.Groaning,they stood and tried tackling Rouge.She jumped out of the way,causing them to collide into each other.
Laughing,she lifted her foot and kicked all five guards straight on the face.They all fell again,this time,the kick knocked them unconscious.Rouge smirked,then turned to the chief who was gritting his teeth.
"Wow some guards you have,"she scoffed.
The chief growled and ran at her,raising his sword.Rouge stood her ground,lifting her sword as well.When he made it to her,he slammed his sword against hers,making a loud clank.Both pushed pressure against them,with grunts and grinding teeth.
"My my,aren't you strong?"she whispered.
He growled and pressed harder.Rouge's ears fell flat against her head as she pushed her sword upwards,causing his to slip.Rouge then,while he was off guard,kicked him right in the gut.With an 'oof' he flew back,slamming into the wall.Rouge walked up to him and kneeled by his side.Rouge then pealed her black silk material down just a tad to reveal her lips.She placed a soft kiss on his helmet,leaving a red lipstick mark.
Pulling it back up,she chuckled before her wings bursted out from under her black silk jumpsuit.She flew up and landed on a circular stone window sill.Then,using her foot,she broke it and the glass shattered.
"Goodbye my beloved Knuckles the chief,"she said,blowing a kiss.
Knuckles,the chief,stood and threw his helmet off.
"Curse you Rouge!"he screamed as she vanished.
Rouge hear this as she flew off,a smirk tugging on her lips.
