Chapter 8: Self Control

Control cannot validate love; but validates nullity of credence and a painful reluctances to accept truth. My humanity can only be won by playing in the face of certain defeat; against my tyrant, Reiji Sakamaki.

I feel trapped by his firm regulation that I must abide by indefinitely. Even if I were to be humiliated by his absurd demands; I still could not yield my excessive passions for him. I knew that running away from what I felt, invite madness and nightmares but I still couldn't remedy these perfervid sensations.

If only I could learn how to conquer them.

On nights like this I took pleasure in wandering the halls. I knew it was foolish and even treacherous but I liked to admire the night sky through the glass windows.

"Ahh...you! Wait, don't move!" A voice shouted.

Terrified I disregarded the statement and bolted. I tried to secure the door but it was pried open before me.

"Ah, now I have to punish you for running away."' Kanto declared pinning me to the floor.

"No! Stop! Please someone help." I yelled.

I desperately hoped for rescue even if I had to resort to sacrificing myself to do so, I couldn't allow just anyone have their way with me.

"Reiji!!!" I reattempted.

"Reiji won't save you, because you're... You belong to only me. He has no right to interfere in this."

His grip tightened drawing blood with his nails. I watched as he taunted my flimsy body bellow him.

Why couldn't I move? Wasn't he a kid after all? Well... If I scratched out the part about him being a vampire and all.

"Help!" I screamed again my throat going dry.

"Well, aren't you ecstatic? At any rate, you like it when it hurts. " He laughed fingering the loose material on my shirt.

I struggled but only drew more pain from his fingernails.

"Your blouse is torn... And now your delicious skin can be seen, as of calling me to bite it, ahaha." He grinned.

He lightly licked my shoulder blade then bit down.

"Stop!"

The door slammed open revealing, Reiji. He looked disheveled his arm wrapped in one sleeve of his shirt. I could see a sharp crimson eyes because of his missing eyepiece.

"Do you have any idea what kind of racket you're making!" He glared slipping his arm in the other sleeve.

"Sorry." Kanto teased.

"You...what are you doing? That...is mine." He growled pulling me away from him.

"HOW... DARE YOU DO WHAT YOU LIKE ." Kanto screamed.

"Leave now! or I'll throw you out like the starved animal you are." He barked sternly.

"Fine!" Kanto yelled back like a spoiled child.

Kanto left after making a face at Reiji. The door shut with the slam.

"Come on, please come to your senses."

His face blurred in my vision as I desperately tried to hold onto the image.

"Your breathing in faint from too much pain, huh?" He taunted with a grin.

"You....you." I clenched my teeth as I spoke.

"That's better." He replied.

I tried unsuccessfully to take a swing at him. Blood soaked my wrist and my finger was torn by the fall earlier.

"Ah...The skin on your finger has a gaping tear. Your blood is overflowing." He groaned as he inhaled.

"This won't do... For me to be also tempted. " He added.

He sampled my finger brushing it roughly with his tongue. Shortly after his tongue traveled to the base of my throat.

"What... What are you doing?" I gasped.

"It's obvious, isn't it. Just this won't be enough." He growled.?

"Stop! Please." I begged.

"Look, even I, who is an intellectual, has been seduced by your blood." He spoke softly, biting into my shoulder.

I was drained until I had felt dizzy and lightheaded. He gasped suddenly and pulled away.

"Your blood which is slightly clinging to my tongue is... Whispering to me; "It's alright to want more." He panted.

My heart thrummed at his words, overwhelmed I buried my head into his warm chest.

"Reiji, thank you for saving me."

He pulled away leaving me at an arm length.

"Hah, do not misunderstand. It was merely unbearable to have my servant snatched away."

First off, I apologize if this chapter seems a little rushed. I wanted to get this out as soon as I could; seeing how it's been a while since I've released the last chapter. As I've told you before my health is suffering lately and hopefully I will be on the mend soon.
