"Alright my boys, we're flying out tomorrow afternoon to Salem to pack up the house since it's sold; and the new owners are moving in, in five days," Axel says to the three of us.
"Sounds great but I still don't see why we can't just driver there?" I pout slightly at him.
"This way is easier," he responds with a smirk; pulling me into his Greek-god like body.
It's been a month since Christmas and the boys and I are still in California; we've been staying with Axel at his house in San Diego but we've also spent time with Vance as well; including Axel. I've a realtor in Salem to list the house on the market and it's finally sold a couple of days ago. I was transferred to an organization here in San Diego thankfully; my boss Joan was understanding about my situation and immediately put me for the transfer.
My life has definitely improved over the last month as well; Tyler has fully warmed up to Axel and Tristan has since Christmas day; at first living with Axel was an adjustment for me, not being used to living with another adult since Luke but it didn't take me long to adjust; maybe a week.
"If you say so babe," I sass; earning a light swat on the ass from Axel; who smirks at me.
"I do say so, mister sassy-pants," he smirks pecking my lips.
"Papa, can we have pizza for dinner?" Tyler asks as we enter the living room from being outside for some time.
Smirking at my son as I feel the need to tease him lightly; "I don't know Ty, I think we might have to convince Axel."
Tyler instantly turns to Axel with big blue eyes, pouty lips and folded hands; "Please Axel?"
Axel smirks as he taps his forefinger against his lips as he says; "I'm not sure Ty; I'm not sure if pizza sounds good for dinner tonight."
Tyler bats his beautiful blonde eyelashes at him without a word, instantly causing Axel to stop teasing; "Sure we can; how about we go out as a family for dinner?"
"Yes!" Tyler instantly agrees bouncing around the room; fist pumping the air.
"Get your coat, boots, mittens and hat on so we can leave," Axel gently tells Tyler.
"Okay Axel!" Tyler quickly agrees; heading off to do as he's asked.
"You're the best and I love you," I tell my wonderful husband as I walk Tristan and me over to him; kissing him lightly on the mouth.
"I know and I love you too and the boys as well," he smirks.
Axel and I place our winter wear and I place Tristan's on him as Axel makes sure Tyler has his own on correctly; which he does before the four of us head to Axel's Dodge Ram 1500, which is dark blue. He bought this truck a couple of days after we moved in, so we can ride with him since he only had his motorcycle before that. Axel has assured me that none of 'The Gray Rebel's' know we're here; even though he still does do things with them.
I haven't asked him to leave them and I don't want him too since they are his family too; and he doesn't ask that we attend functions together either. If he does leave the club, he has to do it of his own choice, not mine.
Axel turns on 'My Chemical Romance' at a low volume so we can talk while listening; "It's okay that you're taking off this much time from your job?"
"Sure is baby, one of the perks of being a co-owner," Axel smirks at me quickly while driving.
Axel pulls into the pizza parlor, parking and cuts the engine before we climb out and help the boys out too and head inside with me carrying Tristan and the diaper bag as Axel carries Tyler. The bell above the door chimes, having a waiter approach us; "Hello my name is William and I'll be your waiter tonight."
