Emma's POV
"You may now kiss the bride." King Auther said smiling.
That was the part of the wedding that I'd dreaded. I was still shy to kiss Xander when we were alone, so kissing him infront of many people was my biggest fear.
"It's okay Emma, you don't have to if you don't want to." He whispered low enough so only I could hear.
"No, let's seal the deal." I replied mustering up the courage to kiss my husband.
I moved closer to him and he leaned over to kiss me, he wrapped his arms around my waist and smiled. We kissed and I immediately forgot about everyone around us.
"I love you Emma Elizabeth Aims." He said as we pulled away from each other.
"I love you too Xander Auther Jr Aims." I replied.
Everyone applauded and cheered. I unintentionally looked over at Dane. He wasn't clapping or cheering. He was staring directly at me with a straight face. It seemed as if he was deep in thought. His stare made me uncomfortable, so I looked away.
Xander took my hand and we walked to the garden house. Our honeymoon was three days away and I was nervous about it, because I knew what was expected during honey moons.
As soon as we got to the room Xander pushed the door open, took his shoes off and plopped himself on the bed.
I was exhausted so I took my heels off and sat on the cotton sofa at the side of the bed.
Xander snapped his finger and the door closed. I began taking out the bobby pins that helped to hold my hair up. I released the bow at the back of my dress and leaned back as my hair slowly fell onto my shoulders.
"I like seeing you this way." Xander said.
"Like a mop?" I asked laughing.
"Oh Emma, when will you see?"
"You just want me to feel good. Stop it Xander."
"Is it working?" He asked laughing.
I rolled my eyes and allowed my dress to slide down my body. Xander placed his hands behind his head and laid back. He then looked me over and smiled.
"You looked really beautiful today."
"Thanks. I like your tuxedo.""My tuxedo!?"
"Yeah."
"Thanks Emma."
He chuckled to himself while he took his tux off."Your hair looked good too." I said grinning.
"Emma, stop it." He replied laughing.
"Okay okay." I chuckled.
"I'm gonna go take a shower and wash off all this makeup." I told him getting up.
Xander sat up and stared at me silently.
"Do you want something?" I asked.
After a few seconds he looked as if he was about to say something, but didn't instead he just scrathed his head.
"Go shower, nevermind."
"Okay."
I could feel Xander's eyes on me as I walked to the bathroom. I was curious about what he didn't bother to say and why he didn't say it.
After a few minutes I was out the shower. I was wearing the light blue dress that I had chosen for the after party and blue sandals.
I didn't apply makeup. I wanted to look as natural as possible. I moisturized my skin then stepped out of the bathroom.
