I woke up from yet another nightmare in pain. I was feeling ravenous. I truly believed that if I did not eat within the next thirty seconds, I would die of starvation. I began to gasp for any ghost food that may fall off the holy dining table, but nothing slipped into my mouth. Just then, my meal arrived, but this time, it wasn't food. Just a needle with a yellow liquid inside.
"Remember our talk? We concocted this serum that should allow you to gain more weight than ever by eating a regular diet. It is laced with a specially engineered chemical that causes your food intake to nearly octuple in density, making it weigh more, and making you gain more. This serum also contains the reverse engine for your hunger, you should feel relied within minutes upon injection. Just hang tight while it kicks in." She says, then nods, to which the man who usually walked in with my meals injected me with the serum. When it went in, I felt nothing at all, but minutes later, my hunger went away. I've never felt more relieved in my entire life than I have at this moment. "Now, with your adjusted diet you should gain around 200 pounds a week. This will leave incredible stretch marks on your skin, but don't worry, nobody will see them." She said and winked at me. I rolled my eyes and tried to relax a little. "Oh, two more things. We're taking that metal sheet out from under your neck and replacing it with a soft inflatable ring that will go around your neck. This will give you much more comfort when sleeping, and it will also prevent any sort of issues the metal sheet may have given you. And lastly, your new name: Vivien. Please allow yourself to adjust to this name." She concluded. The man took the metal sheet around my neck and slipped on an inflatable neck pillow. Immediately I sank my head into it and felt instant comfort. I smiled for the first time since I got here. The man then grabbed my lunch for the day, a measly BLT. Still though, any food is better than no food, so I ate it and was surprised to feel the sensation of being full. Before I ate it I estimated that it weighed two pounds, so if Dr. Lambrick was right, that BLT will make me gain sixteen pounds. A few hours go by and I hardly notice any changes. I was still floating in the same position I was in when I ate the BLT, now I'm just bored. I looked at the wall clock and noted that it was around six o'clock. By then I already would have eaten a buffet's worth of food, but today I only had one sandwich and it was enough. I was feeling a little hungry at this point, however, but with no power whatsoever, I just stood here floating, waiting for dinner. At around eight o'clock, my dinner came in the form of a nice steak, with a baked potato and steamed carrots. It was also this point when I heard Dr. Lambrick.
"Your dinner is composed of a sixteen ounce steak, an eight ounce baked potato, and four ounces of steamed carrots. This meal will make you gain fourteen pounds." She told me as I eyeballed the steak. I picked it up and took a bite out of it, and it was fantastic. The juicy tenderness of it, the tangy and spicy steak sauce, the buttery baked potato and the, uh... steamed carrots were about as plain as the color beige. Regardless, it only took about ten minutes for me to eat it all. If my math is correct, I will have gained thirty pounds by the end of the day, making me weigh 305 pounds. My plate was taken away and I was left on my own to go to sleep. I could almost feel my body swelling as I got bigger. My man boobs getting denser and bigger, my thighs getting wider, and my stomach seemingly sagging even more. I came to enjoy the feeling of getting bigger. I jiggled around and played with my weight a little more. I began to notice that my energy ran out a little quicker than last time, but shrugged it off. I fell asleep rather fast.

I woke up in my old bed, back in my old room
at my parents' house. I tried sitting up but soon realized I couldn't do it. I wiggled around and felt so much weight on my stomach, it felt like my own body was crushing me to death. I began to cry because it hurt so badly, but nothing came out of my mouth. I could feel my lungs trying harder and harder to work, but with each exhale they shrunk a little more. My ribs felt like they were pressing against my heart as I came down with unbearable pain. I couldn't feel my pulse to check if I was still alive, but the pain was all too real. I began choking for air as I couldn't breath anymore. My heart stopped pumping as I became still.
