Chapter 8

Cancer gazed at the wreckage of the Serpentine boats.
Ophichius was holding onto a steering wheel, trying not to fall.
"Hello," Pisces went over to he snake queen.
"Y- you're alive!" She spluttered.
"Obviously," scorpio appeared next to Pisces, glaring at the queen.
Cancer went over to join them.
"Kill her," she said, glaring at Ophichius.
The snake queen cowered at her glare.
"As you wish my queen," Scorpio grinned, handing Pisces her gun.
"Uh okay, erm," Pisces loaded it and fired it straight at the Queen's head.
She was dead.
"She's dead. I killed her. She's dead. I-," Pisces' rambling was stopped by Scorpio's hand.
"Pit stop rambling, it's cute but annoying," he said. "Plus I want to scare Taurus," he added. He released her from his grip, and she blushed.

"CANCER! PISCES! SCORPIO!" Gemini squealed, wading into the sea in her rather expensive looking dress.
Cancer swam over to her. "Gem!" She squeezed her best friend tightly.
"I missed you," Gemini mumbled.
"Missed you too," they released each other.
"Anyone married yet? You and Sag? Taur and
Lib? Leo and Aqua? Aries and V? Pi and Scorp aren't," Cancer grinned.
"Well me and Sag got engaged last year, Aries and V I think are dating, not sure about the others," Gemini answered.
"Aw congrats!" Cancer hugged her again.

"Pisces!" Virgo shouted, hugging her best friend tightly. "Never leave me again. Ever," she begged. "Aries is a pain, Gem helped but they both pulled pranks on me," she said.
Pisces laughed. "You and Aries got together yet?" She grinned slyly.
"You and Scorpio got together?" Virgo retorted.
Pisces stuck her tongue out at her friend.

"You're alive!" Taurus picked Scorpio up in a bone crushing hug.
"Ooh tail!" He added, looking down at Scorpio's tail.
"Get off me," Scorpio grumbled.
Taurus let him go, Scorpio splashed into the sea again.
"Been a while," Scorpio said coolly.
"Stop acting emotionless I know you missed me!" Taurus prodded the general's shoulder.
"Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't," Scorpio retorted.

"Hey," Cancer said quietly to Capricorn.
"You're alive," he said.
She nodded.
"Why didn't you send a message or something?" He said quietly.
"We- we didn't want the serpentine to know we were alive. Surprising them and all that," Cancer replied awkwardly.
Capricorn nodded in understanding.
"I love you you know," she said lowly.
"Love you too," he smiled softly.

"Zodiacs are back and better then ever!" Leo shouted as the twelve of them stood in the sea, watching the wreckage of the serpentine ships sink into the sea.
