Volleyball Player

Virgil winced slightly as he sat in his desk at the back of the class. He was so sore from the last few games. He had hit the floor A LOT, so he was covered in bruises, and his muscles ached. Roman smiled as he sat next to him.

"Hey Virgie, you did great last weekend. How are you feeling?" 

"Like I was hit by a truck." He mumbled as he pulled his hood up more. "I hit the ground harder than I thought." 

"Yeah no shit you did, there were a lot of flinching parents at the game." Roman said as he chuckled a little. Virgil sighed as he tried to ignore the pain while class started. It was hard to focus, but he did so nonetheless as he took notes and answered questions. About half way through class a student came in and set a slip on Virgil's desk. It was requesting he go to the library when found convenient by the teacher. Thankfully the were doing homework for the rest of class, so Virgil grabbed his stuff and slowly dragged his body out of the classroom. He didn't know why he was wanted at the library, but he honestly didn't mind. The coach told him moving would help the soreness of his muscles. When he reached the door, Logan was there leaning against the wall. 

"Ah, good. Shorter than I thought it would take you." Virgil looked at him confused.

"You're the one who called me? How? You're a student."

"And a well known tutor with the library. Come." He gently took Virgil's arm and lead him to the empty classroom next to the library. Once they were inside he had Virgil sit up on the desk. 

"What are you doing bookworm." 

"You're injured, and it is affecting your studies. So I am making it easier for you to heal and focus on those studies." He said as he rolled up Virgil's sweatpants and sighed at the number of welt like bruises he had. "Do you do anything for these?" He asked as he opened his back and started to pull some bottles and clothes out of them. Virgil shrugged. 

"Not really, I mean they're just bruises so there isn't much I can do." He said as he sighed and watched him. "Like I'll take cool baths, but that's it." Logan sighed and grabbed one of the bottles on the ground as he sprayed some of the contents into the bruises before gently using a cloth to rub them in. 

"There may not be anything medically you can do, but it doesn't mean you can't do absolutely anything about them." He hummed softly. 

"What is that stuff?" Virgil asked the nerdy tutor, surprised by the flowery scent coming from the mixture. 

"It's my own little remedy....but you wouldn't believe anything that I told you about it." Virgil laughed softly.

"Try me." Logan sighed as he paused, looking up at him as he fixed his glasses. 

"It's magic, I'm a witch." Virgil looked at him and blinked for a few seconds. That didn't seem possible, not because he said he was a witch, but because Logan was a scientific nerd. He believed in facts, and science, magic was none of those things. 

"H-How..? You don't believe in any of that stuff." 

"You are right, I used to think it was a load of crap, until my mentor saved you from smashing your head on the ground Saturday." He hummed as he continued to work on the bruises, and he realized that they were starting to fade slightly, and the pain had stopped. 

"W-Why did she save me?" Virgil breathed in awe. Logan paused as he blushed a little before he smiled. 

"She knows how I feel about you." He said softly as he finally looked up at Virgil. Virgil blushed hard in response as he blinked. 

"W-What?" 

"She knew how strongly I felt about you." he repeated as he wrapped up some of his nastier bruises. 

"Y-You....have feelings for me?" The question was more hopeful than Logan had suspected. He blinked a little before he nodded as he looked up at him. 

"I do, I've been trying to protect you. Last weekend was the first and hopefully last time I wasn't able to protect you." Virgil blushed as he smiled and looked down. 

"I like you too bookworm, and i think it's super sick that you're a witch." Logan chuckled as he stood, setting the bottle down after pulling his pant legs back down. 

"Do you really?" He asked softly as he caressed his cheek. Virgil leaned into his touch as he smiled and nodded with a hum. 

"Yeah I do, you're smart, kind, loving and protective." he said as he closed his eyes happily. "And you pulled me out of class just to look after me. How could I not love you?" Logan blushed a little as he chuckled, looking at Virgil with bright eyes. 

"Well I'm glad you think so" he hummed as he kissed his nose gently. Virgil's nose scrunched for a second, and when Logan started to pull away, he wrapped his arms around his neck and held him close, their foreheads touching. 

"Mmmm, I could get lost in those pretty eyes of yours" Virgil breathed as he played with the hair on the back of Logan's head. Logan smirked as he pulled him flush against him by the hips with a smirk. 

"Oh? Is that so?"

"Yes" He hummed biting his lip. "They're so deep and bright, I could stare into them for hours." Logan blushed ever so slightly as he grabbed Virgil's chin before kissing him sweetly. Virgil instantly melted into the kiss as he kissed him back, legs wrapping around his waist. He couldn't even feel the aches he usually had in his body after weekends of volleyball. Logan really was magic. They kissed for a few more seconds before they both reluctantly pulled away for air. Virgil gently rested his head against Logan's as he panted softly. 

"You should get back to class love, but I'll see you after okay?" Logan said as he gently caressed his cheek gently. Virgil sighed but nodded as he slowly opened his eyes. 

"Alright bookworm, if you say so." 

"I do, your education is important, plus if you show an effort in school, tutor sessions will make more sense." Logan hummed simply as he kissed his cheek before helping him off the desk. Virgil smiled and ran his hands along Logan's chest. 

"I'll see you soon okay?"

"Of course darling, see you soon" he brushed Virgil's hair out of his face before he walked Virgil out, and as he was heading back to class, Logan took the time to admire the beautiful ass he had gained from playing Volleyball.
