Chapter 11 A TRAINER??

Authors Note. I don't know whats going on; but i updated this chapter and then it disappeared couldn't be found so I hope it works this time. Since I'm doing it again I might make this chapter longer.

Third Person POV

Kacey sat there stuffed, full of bacon, eggs, pancakes, and toast. A tall guy with wet brown hair walked into the kitchen. He was wearing a white t-shirt with denim jeans, and white nike sneakers. You could see through the t-shirt he wore, showing his muscles. Kacey had her mouth dropped, and she turned around trying to lower the blood rushing to her cheeks. 

He smirked and went to the fridge to get some milk.

"I hope you ate a lot. I'm going to start your day of training." Josh said smiling.

"Oh joy!" Kacey said sarcastically.

"Is there a room in this big house for training?" Josh asked.

"Um yea, my brothers gym. It's not that big, but it should manage." Kacey said.

"Well let the training begin." Josh said smiling.

After two hours of training, Kacey was basically going to pass out. They started with warming up the muscles. The basic gym warm ups in school. Josh showed her a lot of defense.

Example: If someone is behind you and got a hold of you; then you either, elbow them in the gut, back kick them where there sun don't shine. If you fail on those techniques you bite the arm or hand as hard as you can; if it is visibly in front of you.

Next was Kacey learning how to punch better then she could. Jayden had stopped by to drop off punching bags and hand pads. Kacey was punching the punching bag Josh was behind. For the last hour Kacey was running laps. Therefore if she can get away she will be used to running fast and go further than she can usually run. Well your running for your life from bad guys, of course you want to be faster then the other guy.

Kacey finally made her way to the living room couch. Her muscles were aching. She laid on the long white couch and turned on the tv. The news came on, so she flicked through the channels and it landed on Spongebob. Josh came over next to Kacey with an ice cold glass of water. She drank it all in one gulp. Jake came down stairs to check on Josh and Kacey.

When Jake saw his baby sis on the couch all helpless and over worked.

He tackled Josh to the ground screaming "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SISTER. DO EASY PRA__AAH!"

*Josh flips Jake down and now Josh is on top pinning down Jake*

"What the fudge!!" Jake yelled.

"You guys look gay like that." Kacey said yawning.

Jake finally pushed Josh off of him.

"I am not gay!" Jake whined.

"Miss Kacey you know I am not gay." Josh's accent came out while he smirked.

"Not according to what I just saw." Kacey said smirking back.

"Whatever." "Josh, just give Kacey easier practices!" Jake said stomping off.

Josh sarcastically wiggled his eyebrows and said "Only you would like that."

"Pfft. Keep dreaming." Kacey said back.

Josh spotted the middle seat of the couch open. Immediately, Josh sat on the white sofa watching spongebob with Kacey. After spongebob was over Josh changed to a movie and watched a spy movie that has Jackie Chan in it. Josh smoothly put his arm around Kacey. Kacey leaned back into him feeling more comfortable and relaxed. She fell asleep half way through the movie. Josh looked at Kacey sleeping. She looked peaceful while she slept. Josh hoped soon, he can finally at admit his feelings to her. Homecoming seems so far away.
