Tzuyu's POV

June 14

"Tzuyu! Elkie! It's time to go."

"Okay mom!"

Today's the day.

Today's the day, the day of my birthday. Well and Elkie's birthday too but that's beyond the point right now.

We are heading to my aunts house where a big surprise is waiting for me and Elkie.

I had plan to take Sana with me but mother did not approve, saying that 'we should celebrate this with only family'  but if she only knew that Sana means more to me than a family.

I headed my way to our car, settling myself in the seat.

"Tzuyu, where is Elkie?" my mother asks as she searched the back seat where a little Elkie is nowhere to be seen.

"I don't know mommy"

"I'm here mom!" Elkie dashed out of the house, hands quickly zipping up her minnie mouse backpack.

She quickly sit herself down, safely buckling her seat belt in place.

My mom scanned both me and Elkie making sure we had our seat belt on and then signaled my Dad that it was clear to start the car.

"Okay now that we are all her let's get going."

The car slowly move, picking up speed as we go. I began to gaze upon the passing trees since that's what i'm practically only going to be seeing for the 2 hours drive.

Not even an hour pass and i'm already getting bored of the same lame color that was scattered outside.

I began to rummage through my baggy, looking for any sources of enjoyment. While in search for a little distraction I heard a small giggle. My head turned, I watched how Elkie wa peeking through her baggy and trying to silence her giggle which she clearly failed at.

Obviously me being the curious girl I am I couldn't help but ask my sister for the reason she was laughing.

"What you got there Kie?"

She quickly zipped up her baggy, hen pulled it up to her chest like she was hiding something.

She was definitely hiding something.

Her face says it all.

"Nothing.." her grip on her bag tighten.

"Let me see"  I reached out for her bag trying to get a grip on it then yanked it towards me but she scooted further away from me.

"No!"

Having enough of this silly game I unbuckled my seatbelt to get a better chance to grab a hold of the bag. "Let me see!"

"Stop Tzuyu"

Although she tried her best to prevent me from taking the bag, I was able to take it from her and I didn't waste no time to zip the bag open to see the source of my twin sister mischievous giggles.

When I took a glimpse of the inside of the bag my eyes landed on the green long eared alien that occupied most of the bag. That alien was a gift from Sana. She has saved all her money to buy me a birthday gift and seeing it stuffed on my sisters bag angered me.

"Elkie!! This is mine!!"

"It's mine now!" she tried to yank the alien away from me but I held it tightly as her hands gripped the ears.
