As the young actor and the former drama student reached the door of their dorm, Taehyung seemed to hesitate in concern over what his actions might lead to. His hand almost appeared to shake as it reached for the doorhandle.
"Tae... You said it yourself," Jin reassured him, "Jimin and Jungkook need to tell everyone. It can't be a secret anymore." The younger gulped, nodding in understanding. He paused for a moment outside the closed door then, taking a deep breath, he threw it open and called out loudly, "Jungkook-ah! Jiminie I need to-!"His words were cut short as he came face to face with the very pair he wished to speak to, who both nervously stood beside a very angered Namjoon. What had... What had happened?
"It's alright Taehyung." Jungkook mumbled, "I'm going to tell them everything."

Jungkook's heart pounded loudly in his chest, his head seemed to spin uncontrollably as he watched his hyungs slowly filter into the living room and settle themselves on chairs, sofas or the floor. As the final member wandered in, his breathing suddenly became laboured, his hands felt clammy and he began to seriously doubt whether or not he could admit anything at all.
"Are we finally going to hear what's going on?" Namjoon asked, glancing towards their maknae.
Taking a moment to stare into the eyes of Jimin in the hope it would give him greater confidence, he took a deep breath and nodded. "First," his voice shook as his brain suddenly caught up with the idea that he was deep within his worst nightmare. "I-I wasn't..." His voice failed him and his words faltered. Crap. A sickening feeling rose within his stomach. He'd failed at what he'd promised Sae-mi...
"Jungkookie," A melodic voice suddenly rose over his destructive thoughts. A comforting hand placed itself on his shoulder, causing a smile to rise across his cheeks, "Take it one word at a time. Just breathe."
And suddenly, he knew he could do what he had promised. Looking towards Namjoon, then towards Seokjin, he grimaced, "Sae-mi was a lie... I never was with her."In that instant, his chest seemed to feel a little lighter. He hoped, once he'd admitted everything he had promised to, his body would feel
weightless. Their leader and their eldest looked on at Jungkook, stunned. "Wait... Why did she let us assume you two had been together?" Namjoon questioned.
"Because I was too scared to admit the truth. She knew this and offered to help while I figured out how to tell you who it actually had been."Jungkook could hear the blood rushing through his head as he counted down to the moment of his most feared confession. But another part of him felt utterly calm. This was the part that was responding to Jimin's gentle touch on his shoulder... to just the mere presence of the older singer within the room. And so when the question was finally asked, he knew he did not have to run anymore.
"Who were you with?"
"Jimin."

The room fell silent.
Although the majority of BTS had already known before the dorm meeting, not a single member spoke a word as they all glanced around at each other, anxious to see what sort of reaction Namjoon and Seokjin would give. They were silent for so long, Jungkook had begun to think something had gone horribly wrong.
But, just as he himself was about to demand a response, he noticed a grin had formed across the eldest's face. A moment later, his shoulders shook from laughter. "Of all the answers I had attempted to predict..." he chuckled, "... That was not the answer I was expecting..." he then smirked, nodding, "... But it makes the most sense.""Namjoon?" Jimin's concerned voice drew everyone's attention to their leader who was yet to give any hint of his opinions. Jungkook had not known he was holding his breath until the preciously angered expression of Namjoon melted into a disbelieved smile and the maknae breathed out deeply.
