Chapter 1: Bella and Edward's Big Day
Lilly's POV:
"Wow." I breathed out, chuckling as I looked over at Jasper. "I think we've spent more time in bed than we have exploring the island."
"And that's a bad thing?" Jasper chuckled as I shook my head. "How about some breakfast?"
"That sounds great." I smiled, kissing him before he got out of bed, heading downstairs into the kitchen. I couldn't help but think how it's been two weeks already and we have to leave this afternoon if we want to be back in Forks tomorrow afternoon. I couldn't help but think back to everything Jasper and I did these past two weeks. We either stayed in bed😉, swam in the ocean, watched movies which ended up to something on the couch, went for a small hike, and again stayed in bed. It was a truly amazing honeymoon.
"Darlin'?" I heard Jasper ask with a smirk.
"Huh? Yeah?" I asked.
"I've been calling your name for the last two minutes." Jasper chuckled setting a tray on my lap. "But anyways you eat up, I'm going to get everything packed, then after I'll set us up a shower before we leave."
"I don't want to go." I pouted.
"We have forever to come back, darlin'." Jasper smiled. "Plus I think Bella would like her maid of honor at her wedding."
"Yeah, that's true." I smiled, taking a bite of my eggs as Jasper kissed my forehead before leaving the room again to get everything ready. He's been the sweetest to me, I don't know how I got so lucky. After breakfast I went downstairs and put the dishes in the dishwasher when a wave of nausea hit me. I stopped and took a breathe and it went away. Shrugging it off I walked back upstairs and hopped in the shower with Jasper, maybe doing a little something else, then got dressed and locked up before heading back to the mainland.
However, our journey back to Forks was a long one. We had a 6 1/2 hour flight from Havana to Lax, and another 2 1/2 hour flight from Lax to Port Angeles before we had a 1/2 hour drive back to Forks. Luckily since we didn't bother on how much money we spent, we were able to get home early.
When we pulled into the Cullen's drive way and parked out front I was instantly pulled out of the car and into a bone crushing hug by Rose.
"Oh! We missed you so much!" Rose gushed.
"How was it?" Alice asked. "Did you love it?!"
"I missed you guys too, but honestly I'm a little jet legged." I yawned tiredly.
"Say no more. Jasper's room is the same as you guys left it." Alice assured.
"Come on darlin'." Jasper smiled, leading me upstairs, and once my head hit the pillows I instantly crashed.
