4- Snitches

I saw Jay looking at me along with all his friends standing beside him.

"What do you want?" I asked him with the little courage I have left "why did you brought me here"

"Oh you know it well why you're here" he said as he stepped closer to me.

I tried running away but Bryce and Cameron blocked me preventing me from running away. Then Cameron dragged me into the shower and turn on the water. Axel was standing there... just watching with a weird look on his face.

The water was freezing cold. I tried getting away but they were holding both my hands preventing me from going anywhere. Jay then pushed me hard causing me to fall backwards onto the floor.

"That's what you get loser." He said cold-bloodedly.

I really hate this. I hate all of this, but what can I do about it. I sat on the floor shivering in the cold shower watching all of them walk away while laughing. Only suddenly I remembered I have detention. I quickly turned off the water and ran towards the class.

"I'm *pants* I'm so *pants*" I said while panting like I just ran a marathon. "I'm so sorry I'm late" *pants pants pants*

"Well why are you la...." he trailed off when he turned over to see me drenched. "What hap.. why're yo... wha... you... jus.. jus,  you know what just, just go home. Yep ya just .... go home I can't deal with this right now."

So I went home ..... soaked

When I reached home I tried to go in quietly so my dad won't noticed me. I decided to go in from our back door hoping my dad won't see me.....

"Emma?" Dad suddenly said

"Emma I thought someone broke in what are you..." then I turned around slowly "honey what happened?" He asked, concerned.

"Uhhhhh nothing, it's just uhhh it was uh.... raining, yep raining." I said

"I didn't see any rain" he said feeling curious.

"Oh ya it's just our school area" I quickly blurted.

"Ok ... well ... didn't you being your umbrella?" He asked looking at me in a weird way.

"Ya... uh... my umbrella broke..." I said.

"Come one Emma I'm not dumb just tell me what happened." My dad said "are some kids bothering you in school? Your injury last time wasn't caused by a dodgeball as well was it?"

"No it's just..." I finally gave up on trying "ugh fine so they're bothering me ok." I yelled and stormed up to my room and slammed my door.

I wasn't really angry or anything I was more embarrassed. Thinking I can't even stand up for myself when getting bullied.

*knock* *knock*
"Hey Em, I'm sorry if that offended you." Dad said gently.

I sighed "no dad, don't be, I'm the one who should be sorry." I said while opening the door "I shouldn't get angry when you were just caring about me"

The next day my dad went to school. I didn't want him to but I knew nothing's gonna stop him. He hated seeing me like this but I knew this wasn't going to do anything for me.

"Excuse me, I wish you would do something about my daughter being bullied in school" my dad demanded to our principal.

"Ah yes yes we sure will. Just tell us which students are they." The principal

"Uh umm it's Kathy... Jessica ... Sherry ... Evelyn ... Axel ... Bryce ... Cameron and... Jay"
I said quietly.

There were more but these were like the main ones.

"Oh Jay.... he uh ... ya ok I'll um, I'll call them"
He said nervously

All the teachers in our school to a certain extent is afraid of the Carters. And that includes the principal. Of course.

The principal then calls all the students up. When they walked in the office, they were all glaring at me giving me death stares.

"Ok tell me what happened." The principal asked.

"Oh I don't know why am I here principal Hilton. Jay said innocently.

" yea I don't know as well" Kathy added.

"So miss Robbins here says that you students were bullying her." Principal said carefully.

"Oh we were just playing with her we didn't know she felt that way." Then Jay turned to me and said "Emma we're so sorry we didn't know you felt like we're bullying you"

Jay was a really good actor. He said it like he really meant it. Even I almost believed him.

"Yea us too." Jessica quickly said.

"Nope, they were the ones bullying Emma" Jay said "I've seen it, I tried to stop them but they didn't listen." Jay said like he was the nicest person on earth.

"Wha..." Evelyn said, only to be cut off by the principal.

"Detention for you you you and you" the principal said pointing at Kathy, Sherry, Jessica and Evelyn.

"Thank you Jay so much for telling us. You people really should learn from Jay." And the principal indicated for all of them to go out.

If you thought Jay was nice to tell on Kathy and her friends, you're so wrong. He was smart enough to know that someone had to take the blame for bullying me. Well anyone but him.

"Well I knew Jay was a good kid" my dad suddenly said.

I looked confused. "Wait do you know him dad?"

"Well, ya he's..."

*Ring* *Ring*

His phone rang

"I'm sorry I have to take this, you go to class I need to go to work now alright?" My dad was already walking out when saying this "oh you may also need to walk home today sorry honey"

"Ok .... bye to you too dad" *sighs*

On my way back to class .....

"Oh hey Robbins" Cameron says as all of them approached me.

"Don't you know what happens to snitches" Jay walks closer while cracking his knuckles.

I was pushed into a cornered. They being probably a feet taller than me was surrounding me like several huge walls. I was beyond scared. Heart pounding so hard I could hear it.

Bryce raised his hands, ready to punch me. I flinched

*Ringgg*
We all paused for awhile

"You're lucky Robbins you better watch out" said Bryce and they all walked away. Leaving me on the floor.

I tried to avoid them the whole day and I successfully did. And lucky for me today was a Friday which means I get two days off without needing to deal with any of them.
