Becks' POV
"Good morning", I heard someone say, I looked up in hope to see Haley, but it was my mom
"Morning mother", I replied with a small smile and then payed my attention back to my work. It's been two days since Haley and Tiffany came. They went to sleep and never woke up, I'm getting really worried
"Don't worry, Angelina said they're just tired from hardly sleeping this past month", my mom explained walking to my side "why don't you get some rest too?". She ruffled my hair and kissed the top of my head
"I'm fine mother, besides I have a lot to do", I commented, she grabbed my arm, and took me out of my chair
"Go to sleep Becks, you're work will still be here", she spoke pushing me out the office and closing the door behind us. She walked me to my room then kissed my cheek
"I'll be back", she whispered and then glared at me "go.to.sleep Becks".
I manage to sleep since Haley's been here, but is isn't the same. I needed her here, in my arms. I threw back the sheets, got out of my bed, and went to Haley's room. She was sound asleep and snuggling close to her pillow should I?
Go ahead! She's our mate, it isn't against the law, my wolf said and I shrugged. Carefully, I took the pillow away from her and I heard a soft growl. I laid in the bed next to her, then gently pulled her closer to me this feels much better, I closed my eyes then fell asleep.

Tiffany's POV
I woke up in bed and looked around. Right, I forgot we moved in with Becks and Victor. I got out the bed and stretched for about five minutes, then went to the bathroom. I splashed some water in my face and looked in the mirror
"God, I look terrible", I whispered as I grabbed a towel and went back to my room. I checked my phone and the battery was dead dammit! I just charged it a few hours ago! I searched through my suitcase for my charger and a pair of sweatpants. I set my phone on the charger, put my sweatpants on and went to check on Haley. I crossed through the bathroom, to her room, and found her cuddling close to shirtless Becks. I rubbed my eyes and looked again that's not right...
Just go eat, I'm starving! My wolf growled and I nodded.
I went downstairs and went into the kitchen too bright in here. I squinted as I found the fridge. As I searched around, I smelled something amazing- it wasn't food though
"Tiffany", he whispered and I blushed I loved the way he said my name. I looked from the fridge and saw Victor. He looked beyond happy to see me, like I was a ghost. He came towards me, I stumbled back, he stopped and held his hands up
"I'm not gonna hurt you anymore", he said softly and I can feel my wolf yearning for him to touch me
"I- I know, just a habit I guess", I replied weakly and then my stomach growled and he smiled
"How about I make you something and you sit, you've been sleep for two days", he commented and my eyes shot up to his
"What?! Two days?", I almost yelled and he nodded
"Maybe you should sit, I'll get you a glass of water", he spoke holding out his hand. At first I hesitated to take it, but I took it and felt my whole body get warm. He helped me sit at the table and got me a cup of water. I sat and watched as my mate cooked. I watched his back, his muscles tense
Are you checking him out Tiffany? My wolf asked smiling and I looked away
No, just watching there is a difference! I replied and she laughed. I looked back at him and watched
Is it bad that I want him? I asked
No, I want him too. He's our mate, ain't no reason to feel bad about wanting him, she replied and I sighed
But he's hurt me, I'm angry and scared, what do I do? I asked and she didn't say anything for a moment
He wants your forgiveness and he knows that will take work, she answered and I nodded. Victor placed a plate of chicken, rice with vegetables, and piece of chocolate wow!
"You didn't just make this that fast", I said in disbelief and he chuckled
"Okay, I didn't, I just warmed it up", he replied shrugged and I laughed "you gave a beautiful laugh". I blushed and ate the food. Victor leaned against the counter, drinking his juice and staring at me intensely
"So", I spoke awkwardly "what has happened the last two days?"
"Nothing really, just tons of paper work for Becks and I", he answered tracing the rim of his cup "how are you feeling?"
"Really good, rested", I replied and he chuckled
"Great!", he let out a breath of relief "because I was really worried". He walked over and sat next to me
"Listen, I know this has be tough for you", he stated softly and I can feel my cheeks heating "I'm sorry for everything I did and a sorry might be just a word, but I'm willing to show you too. I wanna start over". I just blinked and took a deep breath
"Okay, let's start over", I whispered and he smiled brightly
"Okay", he cleared his throat and stuck out his hand "I'm Beta Victor Pitt, what's your name?". I blushed, but took his hand and said,
"I am Tiffany Patterson". We shook hands and he brought my hand to his lips
"That is a beautiful name", he whispered and kissed my hand.
We started talking about the basics, like favorite colors, movies, foods, and books. Then he started asking personal questions and for some reason I felt totally comfortable answering them. I asked him questions and he answered it freely.
I like this Victor better, I thought
