Hiiiii!!!!!

I know it's been a while for these and I thank you for your patience. Today's OneShot is another universe where what if Raphael never met Mona Lisa?

As I've said, Ramona is my OTP, but I also think that Raphril would make a seriously cute couple. So today's OneShot is another one for those two. It will start at the FarmHouse and we'll work our way down to Sensei's death. I know, I won't describe the scene but it will be the night they got home, what happened.

His world felt black. Nothing was there. Sensei, his father was gone, his brothers were a mess and their leader was down. What was Raphael to do? Day and night he'd sit by his brothers side and wait patiently, and that's what he did for three months. The five friends relied on each other for support during the difficult times. But now that Leo was awake, April had noticed a real change in their designated hothead. He wasn't as outspoken as he was when they were in the city, spending most of his time working out or sleeping.

One day, she walked outside to see Raphael working out, doing pull ups on a tree.

"Hey." She said as she walked closer to him.

"Sup?" He asked as he jumped down from the tree, wiping the sweat from his brow.

"Nothing, just wanted to see what you were doing."

"Oh, well, this."

"Are you hungry?" April asked.

"Yea, I guess I should eat. Hey, have you seen Leo?"

"Yea, he's in your room. He said he was tired and went to go take a nap."

"Good, he needs the rest." Raph sighed as he walked back to the house.

"Wait, hang on." April piped up. Raphael turned and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Uh, Casey told me about this spot over by the river that has a really pretty view of the moon, you wanna check it out with me tonight?" April asked, rubbing her arms sheepishly. Raph looked at her with a smirk on his face and raised an eye ridge.

"You want me....to go to the river with you....alone?" He asked.

"I figured it could be your secret spot."

"Isn't much of a secret when you know about it, is it?" Raphael teased. April sighed and looked at the ground. Raph cleared his throat and chuckled.

"I know this secret spot, I'll take you to it tonight. As long as you promise not to tell the guys about it." Raph said. April nodded her head in agreement. Raph nodded back and walked into the house. She waited until she knew he was gone before bouncing up and down like a giddy child, pumping her fist in the air.

"What's so exciting, April?" Donnie asked. April turned around and smiled at the purple banded turtle.

"Oh, nothing. I was just training with Raph and he told me that I finally got the move I've been working on right."

"That's awesome. Congrats."

"Congrats?"

"Hamato Raphael is not an easy turtle to please when it comes to martial arts." Donnie smiled. "Come to think of it, that's the only thing he's ever meticulous about." Donnie chuckled. April rolled her eyes at her friend and walked into the house.

"Okay, blanket, sweatshirt, extra blanket, socks.....what else do I need?" April mumbled to herself. She looked into the mirror on her vanity and gagged. She was working out with Leo earlier so her hair was a mess.
