kairi's 18th birthday. everyone was waiting at kairi's locker ready to surprise him, julia was holding a chain that had the letters k & j engraved on it. she got them matching ones. kairi was approaching his locker and everyone yelled surprise.

kai: thanks guys
julia: happy birthday kai
kai: thanks julia
mattia: big 18
kai: i know

kairi kissed julia and everyone made their way to the cafeteria, hector grabbed mias hand making mia smile at him. lauren noticed mattia looking at mia so she pulled him to the side.

mattia: what
lauren: stop looking at her
mattia: who
lauren: mia who else
mattia: i wasn't looking at her
lauren: don't use me to get over her
mattia: i'm not lauren, i like you and only you
lauren: you sure
mattia: yes
lauren: okay
mia: you guys coming
lauren: why does it bother you

lauren: so mia, you in love with mattia

lauren: seems like you are

lauren: just admit it mia, it sucks seeing me, lauren kettering steal your ex boyfriend that you're still in love with. it sucks seeing me kiss him and it's not you

lauren: try me
mia: listen, just cause you're insecure doesn't mean you take your anger out on me
lauren: mattia doesn't want you, okay
mia: i really don't care, take care of yourself lauren

mia continued walking back to the cafeteria when lauren pulled her hair, mia turned around immediately.

mia: stop lauren, you're embarrassing yourself
lauren: you were an embarrassment to your parents, they died just so they couldn't see you anymore

mia felt sadness rush through her but it turned to anger immediately, mia punched her immediately causing lauren to hold her bloody nose. lauren slapped mia causing her cheek to turn bright red, mia tackled lauren onto the floor and started punching her from left to right. mattia started yelling for help, alessya and julia ran to mia and lauren pulling them off of each other. lauren punched julia in the face causing mia to punch lauren hard.

mia: never and i mean never punch julia
mr henandez: mia and lauren, office now

hector smiled at mia and she sofly smiled, mia pulled put her phone seeing a bruise form on her cheek. she sighed and entered mr hernandez's office.

mr hernandez: so
mia & lauren: she started it
mr hernandez: lauren
lauren: she tried taking mattia from me and then she told me to kill myself then she punched me
mr hernandez: mia
mia: she posted about me first saying i was trying to steal mattia then we texted about it, she told me to kill myself. she tried playing victim then today she said i was an embarrassment to my parents and said they died so they couldn't be with me
mr hernandez: so lauren started it
mia: yeah
mr hernandez: you both are suspended for all of next week, starting today
mia: bruh
me hernandez: anything else to say
mia: fuck you

too harsh she thought to herself.

mia got up and left the office, she went to her locker and grabbed her backpack and jacket.

alessya: you're leaving
mia: suspended for all of next week starting today
mattia: you didn't stop fighting her
mia: oh so you're on her side
mattia: she's my girlfriend and she was joking
mia: she told me to kill myself and said i was an embarrassment of my dead parents, explain the joke
mattia: you're too sensitive
mia: bruh, she fucking said i was an embarrassment to my dead parents, anyone would be sad over that so fuck you
