I weighed in at 123 yesterday. 

Today i didn't eat until around 5 pm.

Breakfast:
-tea and coffee (i dont count but 5 each)

Lunch: 
-Salad with White Beans (200)
-Salted Popcorn (54)

Dinner: 
6 veggie potstickers (180)

Snacks:
-Sparkling Ice +Caffeine (i dont count  but 5)

Over-estimation: ~500 -> 800
