i cried in a ross parking lot because my mom wanted me to go in but i wasnt dressed and people would judge me. anyway. fasted from 8:40 am to ~11:30. tried to restrict but bagels kill me. i hate mcdonalds nuggets. does anyone have some replacements (can still be fast food) for those high cal nuggets and fries? specifically the nuggets
