sorry for being gone, i was busy with school and depression. long story short, i've been eating around 1000 calories. My weight went to 122.6. (Yesterday it was 121.6) I got a new scale too. I think i'll be doing bodychecks every/every other day now. I also didn't do the thigh workouts, but i'll try to do them more often. I'll upload my diary for today later, but right now I haven't eaten yet and I had a little korean milk thing. Anyway yeah thats all i had to say.
