Sakusa was on his bed on the staff room. He have a lot of patients this days and he couldn't afford to go home. Of course he brought his own bedsheets, his own pillows, and also cleaned the whole bed area before he slept. It took quite some time, but he later fell asleep.

"Omi-kun! Ya early today!" Atsumu greeted happily. "Ya sure ya won't be checking the patient in room 10 first?" Atsumu teased as he laughed a little.

"No.." Sakusa simply answered as he took a seat beside Atsumu. Atsumu's smile slowly faded into a frown. He was staring to nothing, then suddenly he clenched his hands onto his chest. He was obviously in pain. "Omi-omi? I- I can't feel my legs. My heart hurts so bad. Omi? What's happenin'? The back of my head also hurts. H-help me.." Atsumu panicked as tears started to fall from his eyes. He was trembling so much, and his eyes reflected fear.

Sakusa stood up, panicking himself. He took a deep breathe and left to take the things he needs. He also alerted the nurses nearby.

Seconds later, he came back. But he heard something he never wanted to hear again. The noise he was afraid of. The noise that were keeping him from sleeping. The noise that he couldn't stop from ringing in his ears.

The life line turned straight. The loud noise echoed in the OR. "No.." Sakusa trembled. No. Not this again... please no..

He shooked his head hardly. Wake up, Kiyoomi. Wake up!

"Kiyoomi."

Sakusa turned around and saw another patient in another Operating Room. "Please don't cry." The patient weakly mumbled. He looked at the doctor and saw himself. "Please hang on a little longer. Motoya, please." He saw himself pleading, and crying.

"Sorry, but I don't think I have long." Komori weakly mumbled. Then he heard the deafening noise again.

Stop.

Stop.

Stop!

Please!

He covered his ears tightly. Hoping to cancel out the noise.

"Kiyoomi!"

He looked around and saw Komori standing in front of him, smiling. Everything around them turned dark.

"Kiyoomi, why are you holding back? Why are you stopping yourself from getting close to Atsumu-san?" Komori asked softly, looking at Sakusa straight in the eye.

"What are you talking about?" Sakusa mumbled looking anywhere that isn't Komori.

"You're holding back, you know? You're obvious. You shouldn't, Kiyoomi. You love him don't you?" Komori's eyes soften as he took a step forward,

"Love? What are you talking about?" Sakusa stared at what seems to be the ground.

"You love him. I know." Komori gently said as he held Sakusa's hands.

"I do not." Sakusa removed his hands away from Komori as he hid his hands behind him.

"You're scared of losing him." Komori bluntly said.

"I am not. I don't care about him at all." Sakusa retorted.

"I saw you cry just now." Komori crossed his arms and pointed at him.

"That was because of you." Sakusa retorted back.

"No, you were crying even before that." Komori answered back.

"I don't love Miya Atsumu, okay?" Sakusa snapped as he looked at Komori with a glare.

"You do. I know you, Kiyoomi. We're cousins and we grew up together. I know you perfectly well." Komori rolled his eyes.
