"So you're saying that Atsumu sent you on an errand to buy that crush of his a gift, then when you came back, he was making a gift that is way more better?" Suna asked in disbelief.

"Yeah. I mean I already knew that he had always been good at sewing and he usually does it to relax himself, but to see him sewing someone instead of something is new." Osamu tells, letting out a sigh. "Well that's what you call things you do for love." Suna said as he tried to take a nap on the table.

"I bet you're tired. To think that bastard sent you on an errand two times, when you still have work--" Suna said, quite pissed off. Suna stared at Osamu for a minute, then sighed. He stood up, forgetting about his attempt to take a nap.

"Okay, why don't we call it a day?" Suna said with a slight chuckle as he messed Osamu's hair fondly. "But I still need to wash the dishes--" Osamu protested, trying not to say anything about his destroyed hair.

"I'll do it." Suna said softly, as he nudged Osamu to move over. Osamu didn't want to, but when he looked at Suna's eyes, it was telling him he wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

"You're tired, yet you still bought those things Atsumu told you to?" Suna asked once Osamu had sat on the chair. "Yeah. I mean I won't be able to say no, can I? He'll be waiting for it until I visit him again." Osamu mumbled, his consciousness slowly slipping away. "You always seem to hate Atsumu, but you really do care about him, huh.." Suna smirked as he cleaned the kitchen. "Well of course, he's my brother, of course I care about him. I just don't usually show it." Osamu mumbled, half asleep and half awake.

"Oi come on, Samu. Don't go to sleep here. Let's go to bed." Suna softly said, shaking his shoulders gently.  "Hmm? Let's go.." Osamu lazily said as he stood up. He was swaying sideways and he looks drunk. He didn't even drink anything. Drunk in sleepiness I guess?

Suna looked at him go, then sighed. Subconsciously, a smile crept on his lips. He walked a bit, then carried Osamu on his arms. "W-wha?" Osamu asked confusedly. "You were swaying like a drunkard. At least let me carry you." Suna said as he walked to the bedroom with a smile.

"Oh.. was I? I was sleepy." Osamu said in between of his yawn. "It's obvious." Suna said with a smile. "Seriously, how did I fell in love with an idiot like you?" Suna asked with a defeated smile. "I love you too." Osamu answered playfully with a giggle, kissing Suna's cheek.

"Miya-san, You'll need to go through rehabilitation treatments starting tomorrow. It will last an hour per day for at least 4 weeks. It will depend on how slow or how fast you'll recover."

A nurse said one day to Atsumu, as he was eating Osamu's packed lunch. Osamu already left for work hours ago though.

"Oh okay, will Omi- I mean Kiyoomi-san be the psychiatrist in charge of me?" Atsumu asked nervously, his heart aching for what she will answer.

"No. Sakusa-san is a neurologist not a psychiatrist, Miya-san. The one that will be in charge of you would be Ayazawa Mamiko-san." The nurse said with a kind smile. "Why? Do you want Sakusa-san to be the one in charge?" The nurse chuckled.

"Ah no, just wondering." Atsumu said with an awkward grin. "Okay. If you don't have any more questions, I'll be excusing myself. Have a good day." The nurse said as she bowed and turned to leave. "T-thank ya. Ya too!" Atsumu answered lately, annoyed to himself of why the heck was he staring blankly at space earlier.

It's not Omi-Omi..

And so, tomorrow arrived and he was so unbearably nervous. He don't know how to talk with the psychiatrist that would be helping him today. It's so out of character for him since he have his ways with the ladies, but now he's embarrassed and scared. What the hell happened to you, Miya Atsumu?
